The First Family of Music in the 21st Century… Hail to Kanneh-Mason
From the Royal wedding! My God there is seven of them. Fantastic joy to listen to. Blessings!
LoL
Yes 😃 seven gifted young people..
What a talented family..never heard anything so beautiful..they are all extraordinary..lost for words!
Beautiful. Close your eyes for a minute. Can't believe this was played by 3 people so young. I hope this will show today's youths that classical music is "COOL".
This family has become a instant favorite with me. Love their gift, they play so beautiful and that goes for all of them. Thanks goes out to the parents for birthing them into this world and also for nurturing them for they are a true blessing. And again, OMG
"Birthing them!" Is that phraseology apt? They are free human beings. That's how the farmer speaks of his animals. Please be kind to this family
Just stunning blessed of the creator, the Almighty God !
Can you believe. A family of brilliant musicians. Awesome, I love them!
Absolutely wonderful and brilliant musicians and they are also beautiful and so poised!!!!
Sevantes…
Splendida...SPLENDIDA! Veramente splendida! Mio Dio, come gloriosa questa musica delle mani dei giovani!!
Beautiful girls playing beautiful music - exceptional talents
Such elegant playing.
Absolutely, wonderfully skilled and talented young ladies. Your entire family has worked hard to develop your gifts. Thank you for Blessing with your thoroughly enjoyable performances!
I am sad that I could not play in this concert, John Watson was so supportive and encouraging to me and my children. He often mentioned that there were some really talented students in his school, and here they are! Thankyou for sharing this
Love, love, love, love, nothing but pure love musically perfected! It is just not fair! 2020-2025 or else!~
Only discovered your family a few weeks ago, Stuart, and yes, this orchestra and/or the recording is not really up to scratch, but the playing of the girls at all times in this Mozart piece is stunning, and especially the slow movement is so sensitive it sounds like bells. Very moving. Make sure you tell them. Because that's what music is about - making contact with the listener's emotions!
Such extraordinary talent all in one family
Since the Royal Wedding I cannot get enough of this most gifted of families! My nieces have a lot of work to do!. I have been sending all of the Kenneth-Mason family videos that I can find to them. Hopefully they will learn what hard work, dedication, discipline and pure love of music can do. Bravo guys!
Just found out about this amazing kids today, OMG, have been watching all the videos I can find at you tube, totally amazed by the talent beauty and dedication of this young ones to the music. Congratulations to them ant to the parents what a great job you guys did!! AMAZING!!!
And now you have a Royal wedding to marvel at!
Just Astounding The Talent Dedication,Commitment God Has Truly Blessed Them.
Absolutely heartwarming during the misery of 2020. Thank you Kenneth-Mason beautiful girls.
Amazingly talented family...enjoyed listening to you ALL!
As always a professional and elegant performance. Well done.
Pure pleasure; a gorgeous piece by maestro Mozart performed by these young mistresses of their craft. Long may they continue.
Amazing! What talent. Absolutely sublime.I thank God for the gift he has given the 3 pianists.
This is always fun to watch the three piano concerto by the Kanneh Mason sisters. Bravo!
Simply beautiful.
Oh so lovely! I truly hear the brilliance and the innocence of their dedication and talent. This is Art - In my opinion. Bravo to the parents.... For this is what happens when two lovely people have children (that want them and love them) and truly nurture them the way God meant for them to.
Just brilliant to see them on BGT last night. Watching this is just magical. They have a great future ahead of them, and really hope that they will make the final of BGT which will give them very good exposure.
as I said before if you are looking for PERFECTION stop at the Kanneh mason 's door there is where perfection lives
i am thoroughly disappointed that the Kanneh-Masons didnt get into the finals of BGT - let alone the top three!! you are such a talented family
They weren’t ready ... Too in shock to make better choices.... Now look 👀 2 years later ...I know they figure now they made a mistake ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
eventually, they will prevail. Don't you worry
They Did..not sure when, but they won:D ✨🎼🌌✨
It is to their immense credit that they failed on BGT. They appeal to a totally different (more discerning) audience. Unfortunately the money is with the BGT mentality. But what a total waste of talent and hours of training if they were reduced to appealing to the BGT world.
@@veronicaeasterbrook7698 I couldn't agree more! The cream WILL rise to the top, eventually!
Just magical,incredible WOW!!!
They are totally AMAZING!!!! WOW!!!
One word: Amazing
The Kanneh-Masons always bring us joy❣️🎼🎶🎵👍🏾
What an incredible family!
They are wonderful to watch. They looks so graceful when they left their small arms. They like a Swan beautiful and mesmerising talents of those girls
Such talented kids! Their parents deserve a lot of praise.
Bravo!
Absolutely magnificent! Beautiful! Many blessings!!!
Thank you - we are so excited about BGT!
stuart mason Just loved seeing them all last night, and just wanted to see so much more. They have a very bright future ahead of them.
Re: For the joy they had and gave let us all say hallelujah❣️
Re: the orchestra...
BRAVO!!!! BRAVO!!!
Very proud indeed, what a delightful family
Wonderful !!!
Although the sound quality (particularly of the orchestra) is not the best, it's easy to see and hear that these young ladies are very, very talented. Well played ladies! :)
I believe the 'sound quality' is impaired by the less than perfect acoustics of the venue. I also think the BBC could have done a little better with the sound in St George's chapel yesterday (Saturday 20th 2018) for Sheku and other musicians
Non posso cessare di guardare alla questa famiglia divina. Voglio gli incontrare ai tutti i membri.
They sound like a school band
@@franciscofragoeiro5229 What is eating you? - Claro que los instrumentos necesitan afinamiento. En fin, no son profesionales.
@@franciscofragoeiro5229 agreed.
Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Talented family in Jesus...........love them
As meninas são fantásticas!!!!
I love how the girls are trying to slow this down and make it so melodious... like it should be and NOT RUSH and miss the whole thing...
AMAZING!!!!!
Fantástico!!!!!!!!
Marvelous,marvelous👏👏👏👏
Merci beaucoup!!
Wow ! Wow !
Who thumbed this down? For what reason? Amazing and glorious.
Aloja Airewele Mozart is great music, the pianos are doing a great job, the orchestra is not the best in the world, but the terrible acoustic does not help. It sounds like in a tin can.
They just do not like classical music, let alone black musicians
👏👏❤️Bravo!
Very talented sisters
I have listened to this concert by Isata, Konya and Jeneba several times and it always appears fresh. I would have liked to hear a little more bass. That's my only criticism, that's the recording and not the performance.
.👏👏👏👏 BRAVO! 2018
put this in an orchestra hall and the sound would be so much better! Musicians playing on a basketball court? Both score so I will cheer and say bravo!
i would love to see one of them perform his 20th piano concerto. That's my favorite.
The eldest has played it a couple of times in the past. Will let you know if one of them performs it again.
stuart mason Any videos or recordings of the performances?
Yes, I want to see video of Isata playing it. Please reply with link.
WOWWWW 😇😇😇🌷🌹🌺🎹🎹🎹
Why does this have so few likes???? Good job guys
Perche' non `e la musica popolare. There are those who can simply look for the sake of satisfying their curiosity. Additionally, their UNDERSTANDING of the CLASSICAL music, the HIGHLIGHT of Classical Music is NOT within reach. Therefore, a like or dislike for what is NOT understood is both understandable and logic.
Andrew Njekwa Mutuna main reason would be the scratchy amateur orchestra.
The girls are fine but orchestra spoils everything.
@@josephhapp9 The orchestra spoils nothing. The three young ladies are brilliant, the acoustics are poor and the use of a single microphone doesn't work too well. But I'm listening to Isata, Konya and Jeneba, who are incredibly talented.
HeavenBELLES !!!😊❤
I know it's been over a year since the performance but how did Isata, Konya, and Jeneba decide who was going to play which part?
William Jackson They based it on age. Isata being the oldest played Piano 1 and so on
👏👏👏👍
Many of the comments of this recording are about the recording. What did it sound like to those who actually attended, did the acoustics mar the performance? What about the Bach piece, how did that sound to attendees?
... these girls play more than one instrument? ... seeing them here displaying a different discipline...
Oh how beautiful. I love this family of great musicians. Sorry to say that the orchestra was not up to par
Agreed!
It is not a professional orchestra, it is an amateur orchestra. Love to see the members having so much joy making music as a hobby!

From what I can see the venue looks lke a gymnasium and therefore does not have the acoustics of a concert hall. This may explain the tonal quality. Also, with what did their father, Stuart Mason record them? It would be interesting to hear that piece again with the same orchestra and Isata, Konya and Jeneba in a concert hall to hear if there is any tonal difference.
What is the song they played in their auditions at BGT ?
Brahms' Hungarian Dance no 5
JESUS LOVES YOU ALL
19 people disliked this video, because it wasn't Reich enough. Crazy minimalist piano involving multiple pianists anybody?
Did the orchestra forget to tune their instruments ? Or forget their hearing aids ?
They are performing in a church hall, which is not exactly a concert hall- the orchestra is fine. Its probably the church they attend. Free music for all. Be kind.
I wondered the same thing!
the acoustic is terrible in this place. The playing outstanding.
The three young ladies are simply amazing.. but the orchestra could have been better.
Poor acoustics, poor band, bad recording. These three very talented pianists deserve better, let’s hope they get them. Clever brothers too.
They play well, but the orchestra's intonation is jarring
