They’re all beautiful 🥰 … I like the Cedar Bird it’s got a wonderful tone and sounds a little perkier ( if that’s the right word ) than the others on the ear 🤩😁😜🦋
Great treat, if only I could justify an additional bird at Christmas😂. Really liked the Sitka, Cedar and the Green. Got to be the first I have heard so many together, really effective. Have a great week.
Thank you for the wonderful comparison video. My uke budget is tapped out for this year, but maybe next year. 😊 Would love to add the Moon Bird to the collection, although they all sound great.
I ve got a ceder bird low g put ko'olau fluro strings on it strings make such a big difference 10 dollar up grade very warm sounds and plays better than any Hawaiian made at same price point anuenue tonewood options can't get with Hawaiian made with out spending another thousand dollars
Thanks for the useful video. Love them all but it’s the moon bird for me every time. Been saving some cash and hope to be in touch next year to enquire about a new purchase ❤❤❤
They are all lovely. If I could only have one, it would have to be to Cedar bird. I was even contemplating it but couldn't quite justify as a very muc beginner (also it was not in stock), so I got the AMM3 from you :) One thing: what the heck is that Green Bird? is it a limited edition? old model reintroduced? world's first introduction? You glanced over it but I have never heard of it and I thought I knew all the anuenue models. Also I cannot find any mention it outside of your website. It sounds kind of like the mahogany Singer but with modern looks.
@@kithg You're right and wrong. It could easily be in and does belong in the series, just technically not part of it! I'm right not to include it. But also wrong not to include it!
Great comparison! I really liked the koa model, as I clearly have very expensive tastes! I was wondering how the (much cheaper) UT1K might compare to the UT5K?
That's a future video idea. I don't think it should make a difference, but I really liked that UT5K... and 'felt' it seemed better. I'll have to put it to the test.

Great comparison video Matt. They are all wonderful instruments, but if I had the spare cash it would be the UT200 Moon Spruce.

Oh well, it's nearly next year already ;)

The Green Bird is a beauty, lovely sound too. Glad they didn't put a slotted headstock on it.

If you want to buy me one, I'd go koa. If it's my own money then moon...

Yes, the Green Bird. Brand new, hot off the press, you heard it here first 😀
I was really wanting to like the Green Bird best. 1 cedar 2 koa 3 spruce and a coin flip on the lattice braced ukes.
The Sitka Bird has a particularly beautiful tone, I will have to save up my pennies!
Cedar Bird for me.
Plus there’s the orange one that’s got koa back and sides, but I think cedar? top. It sounds beautiful - but it’s orange. Not for everyone.
Yes I had that one out and considered putting it in. But as it technically wasn't a Bird Series uke I left it off in case and pedants were watching!
@@WorldofUkes I’m wrong, then. I thought it used the same bracing even as the Moon bird. Such a pretty sounding uke.
