I love these Native American dances and traditions even though I am not Native American myself. I love that you continue to teach your young the importance of their ancestry and I would also hope you teach their traditional language as well. It is a shame when a culture and language is lost.

These are the beautiful people of America. So proud and gracious. The great spirit has always kept them together as one family who honor and respect mother Earth. You can learn so much from the simplest of their customs. When will people learn their way of life is the best. That they cannot be bought and sold as cattle. These are truly beautiful people of the human family
    Lol forever

Kiaora whanaunga. Greetings brothers. We visited for the first time our brothers the Tsutini, and had the wonderful privilege of staying on their reservation. It was our first contact with any American first nations people, this was during an indigenous conference held just outside of Calgary, Canada. We were also afforded a visit to another reservation in nearby Edmonton. It was such an awesome time of sharing one's culture, history and hopes for the future. It far exceeded our expectations, reasons I believe because it was off the tourist trail and happened as we went along. It is engraved in my memory and will never forget the tremendous comrades, friendship and hospitality of our brothers. The landscape was so vast and unending, as far as the eye could see, something we in New Zealand could have imagined. Thank you all so much for sharing. Ma te Atua, kotou e tiaki i manaaki. May God bless and keep, you all.

Would love to get in contact with Arlan Leader. Member of the Crow nation from Crow Agency, Montana. Served with him in Germany and became good friends with him.

I am of Saami descent and my great x 3 grandfather was given the option in Norway of living on a reservation or leaving for the US. Tho’ my family homesteaded in Salish and Kootenai territory we were still a part of the devaluation and genocidal policies that have betrayed First Nations. Forgive me for being part of the destruction of your culture, your ways and wisdom have never been primitive or crude. Eurocaucasians are the least wise of Earth’s tribes, and getting worse. The strength, dignity, and skills of the Crow Nation remain ever unchanged.
