Oh it is the worse! Hopefully they get the kinks out. I am speaking after a 15 hour visit to the ER 12/13-14/2023. It definitely does not alleviate, diminish OR stop patient wait times! The staff is way to small for the new facility size. Staff were so busy giving tours and chatting, that we were very much overlooked. There were people in the waiting area that had been them for 8 hours before even getting call to a room. The navigation of the parking is weird as well. After 25 years of supporting Georgetown ER, I think your relationship is well over.
