William just shook Matt's hand and "said "Legend, he's an absolute legend." Matt told this story at a Graham Norton interview back in 2016

I was and still am blown away by his portrayal of Daemon Targaryen, he has such a charisma to him that buckles my knees every week! Plus he is a ruthless warrior, chaotic and romantic!
