- Here is my very honest cruise review of my week onboard MSC World Europa in the Middle East, sailing from Dubai.
There were more than a few frustrations on this cruise, but did good overtake bad in the end?

Thank you for your excellent helpful review :) Some great tips there especially as I am going on this ship soon.
With the muster station call please do you use the cabin phone. It's just that I will only bring an Android phone solely for the free cruise app....a no contract phone as I only use landline at home.
The light show tip thank you I will remember that + I didn't know the coffee emporium was included in the Premium plus so thank you so much again.

The elevators are amazing, and the Zen Pooldeck 18
Yes, I experienced the same elevators on Virtuosa in 2021 and they're good, saving you reaching over to push the button for your floor upon entry. I agree about the Zen area. I loved it there! Are you onboard now? 🙂

Hi! Thank you for the nice review! Me and my family are planning a Mediterranean Cruise on may 24. We have two options: Seaview or World Europe. For us, the Seaview route is a bit better. What do you think? Which one should we get? Ah, this will be our first time in a Cruise!

About to book a cruise on this ship...sailed on MSC twice before: 2010 and 2012. I def prefer NCL or RCL! But the itinerary is good and the ship looks beautiful!

So does the Luna Pizza & Burger Restaurant serve the exact same burger and pizza dishes that can be found on the buffet? Also, is that dining venue included? Surely it's not a specialty restaurant.
Slightly different offerings from the buffet, and different opening hours. Both are complimentary so no restrictions.
Hi! Greetings from Costa Rica, I have two options MSC WORLD EUROPA or MSC GRANDIOSA, based on your experience, Do you think it's worthy to pay more for the Europa? It's my first cruise and I like the Europa because it's bigger...Thanks
Both are impressive. If you want the Swarovski Crystal staircases and you're not staying in Yacht Club, go with Grandiosa. If you want a brand new ship and new features, such as the World Promenade light show, book World Europa. The newer ship always wins for me, but it depends what you want to experience. Thanks, the premium drinks package is pretty expensive, we opted for the easy plus package. Also strange that the drinks package does not work in Hola Mexican restaurant. I also find that the restaurant package is also a limited choice food wise, you get a discount on a big chunck on the rest of the menu card if you choose something else then what included.
I was lucky enough to have the Premium package as a booking perk or I would have also purchased the Easy package. Premium can be used in Hola, but I believe Easy cannot. Odd.
Yes, there are certain items in restaurants that are not included in dining packages and can be purchased for 50% off the menu price. However, as it worked out as £25/$€30 per restaurant, I thought it was still great value.

Not being able to use the basic drinks package at the Mexican restaurant is incredibly stupid.
@@Eliminator5555 The Easy drinks package cannot be used in any of the Specialty Restaurants. Easy Plus and above can. I agree it is a little odd.

I have a question for you. Could it be?
We will board the World of Europa on 03/18 in Dubai.
We intend to take the metro to the port, disembarking at the nearest station.
There is a transfer offered by MSC from this metro station to the ship. If not, is there a possibility to walk?
I had a fly-cruise package so we were taken straight to the ship from the airport.
When overnighting at the end of the cruise, all I saw was a taxi rank outside. There was no mention of shuttle buses, and there is nothing in the daily program either. A taxi might be the best option from the metro station.

I think you might be missing the point slightly. I did complete muster.
