My favorite way to stay active has changed quite a bit since post Covid. I used to exercise 5 times a week with a combination of running, lifting and HIIT. Now with GI issues to correct it’s been more lifting, pilates, golf and walking. Big adjustment but still nice to get out and move!

One of my favorite ways to stay active is through resistance training, but I’ve recently switched things up and have been training for my first half marathon. I’ve found running to be enjoyable now that I have a goal in mind and it’s been exciting to complete new distance PRs for myself as I never considered myself a distance runner. One thing I am more interested in now is knowing and understanding my pace and zone level, which a garmin would help me do!

My favorite way to stay active really varies!! We go to the gym every morning at 4 am, but now we have a puppy! So in addition to the morning gym time, we make sure to get in a good puppy walk. I’ve also gotten really into running. I’m running a 5K on Sunday and then a 15K in July! Try to stay moving and maintain mobility.

Working in a hospital can feel very daunting at times, so I made a commitment to myself to walk on my lunch breaks to get some vitamin D and increase my step count. A couple years ago I started CrossFit and running and I fell in love with moving my body. Today I have a 2 month old and I’ve been doing grateful for my body for what it did and for me being able to stay active through my whole experience. Now I’m able to take her on walks and runs in hopes to give her inspiration when she gets older to stay active.

My favorite way to stay active is making sure I fuely body appropriately. For so long I was eating whatever I wanted and not paying attention how I was fueling my body. However, when I I started feeding my body Whole Foods…that’s when I realized staying active for life is so sustainable!
Great comparison video. I've had an Apple Watch for several years and recently began considering a change for the very reasons you mentioned. For instance, with battery life, some days I can take it off the charger at 100% and it'll instantly drop to 99%-after being on the charger overnight. Other days, it'll go for almost two hours before it starts draining. Yesterday it drained 36% in three hours and the only thing I did was sit at my desk at work. As for it capturing my heart rate when exercising, I've always received the dashes as well; and I was just telling my wife about how I'm not much of a fan of the square face.

Working in a hospital can feel very daunting at times, so I made a commitment to myself to walk on my lunch breaks to get some vitamin D and increase my step count. After work, I love running with friends and a local running club. A garmin would be a great way to keep my active at work and in my free time!

One of my all time ways of staying active is either running or playing pickleball. Something that isnt so hard and feels like im being active just for the sake of loving the movement of my body. Its so easy and can be done literally anywhere.

Although I've always weight trained, I have a new fave - running! I love it because it challenges me and I prove to myself every time I do it that I can do something hard. Being outside is also an added perk :).

My favorite way to stay active is running and strength training. I’ve been a dancer for 20 years and was looking for something to challenge me like dance did. A couple years ago I started CrossFit and running and I fell in love with moving my body. Today I have a 2 month old and I’ve been doing grateful for my body for what it did and for me being able to stay active through my whole experience. Now I’m able to take her on walks and runs in hopes to give her inspiration when she gets older to stay active.

My favorite ways to stay active is taking walks, playing in an adult soccer league, running with a run group, and beach runs. But, all of these comments also gave me ideas and inspiration to get in even more activity in my life. 🫶🏻

My favourite way to stay active is taking my dog for a sunrise walks! Feels amazing having 7km in before my busy school day starts! I also love doing either Pilates or lifting weights with getting my steps! During the winter months the treadmill is my best friend 😅

But running is my first love and the garmin venu 2s got me through a whole marathon with 50k steps and 4 hours and still had 80% battery , I love it so much and would recommend to anyone but would love to upgrade to the 3!
My favorite way to stay active is making sure I fuely body appropriately. For so long I was eating whatever I wanted and not paying attention how I was fueling my body. However, when I I started feeding my body Whole Foods…that’s when I realized staying active for life is so sustainable!

Great comparison video. I've had an Apple Watch for several years and recently began considering a change for the very reasons you mentioned. For instance, with battery life, some days I can take it off the charger at 100% and it'll instantly drop to 99%-after being on the charger overnight. Other days, it'll go for almost two hours before it starts draining. Yesterday it drained 36% in three hours and the only thing I did was sit at my desk at work. As for it capturing my heart rate when exercising, I've always received the dashes as well; and I was just telling my wife about how I'm not much of a fan of the square face.

Other than dance, I love to be active outside in some way whether this be with walking/ running with my golden doodle (Charlie), hiking on nature paths, playing pickle ball with friends, or walking to class instead of driving.
