Absolutely great. And although the video with sound muted, and the audio track without visuals, also each have sufficient quality (I tried it), the combination is less abstract and gives a more complete sense of experience. Top art, and a joy for eyes and ears. Thanks Kaitlyn, Suzanne and Sean.
Reminds me too on Fluence,a track by my favorite french band Heldon...the steady but alternating flow in this track is same catching, hypnotizing as Fluence ! ;)
The opening is absolutely extraordinary. Sound waves of very low frequency then suddenly the opening theme played on the Buchla. Two artists who seek, find and play in perfect harmony under the auspices of Terry Riley and "Don" Buchla .Bravo Ladies
This is remarkable...a track and an album that stand right next to Froeses Aqua and other early albums of him...and even sounds better, profoundly and deeply ambiences of pure beauty, floating in perfection ! They really suceed and reached a high peak, and as it seems, they play that live...improvisated and with a clear concept of expression ! I like it and if there is more like Sunergy i will look foreward to find it...what a good job, thanks for giving us the opportunity to hear it ! :))
I get what you guys were trying to do with that music. I just got to the subway station I was listening to your set on my bus ride and while waiting for the bus. I knew it was synthetic lien posing a frequency on me but I wasn't sure what it was or if I had ever experienced it before. *cut to* I arrive at the subway station, the set concludes; suddenly, I'm able to hear all the weird sounds that I never noticed before like all the different beeps, chimes, dings, & tones of the busses and its numerous signals, fare collectors, transfer dispensers, the automatic doors sliding open in the squeaking of them the subway and I guess people's many cell phone ringtones like everything all together at different intervals not really in any sort of beat maybe you like breakbeat but it sounded a lot like your music alien
they both used the four sequences that Ciani uses all the time since the 70s. check some interviews and/or her buchla concerts 1975 for more info. apart from that, yes, it's improvised
I have been trying to get into this music, but it just doesn't feel musical to me. It feels like some futuristic kind of communication, trying to sound like nature, after nature no longer exists. But nature does exist, so .... maybe it is an acquired taste?
This music seems to come from another world. Thanks to Kaitlyn and Suzanne. Nice combination!
Dang. Those Buchla's are something else. Very nicely done!
i,m japanese buchla very nice!!

The two queens. An intergenerational collaboration of brilliance.
Simply wonderful. Don Buchla, RIP...
Oh, that's really nice and soothing. Thank you
No Words..!!!!♥

awesome
This is the beauty of synthesizers; not only a celebration of music, but of the creation of something utterly unique.
Some of the most beautiful Buchla work I have ever heard!
Great to see Suzanne playing the 200e!
So cool! It looks like they're having so much fun and that's awesome to see.
Pure love.
Nice Vibe...

I would love to see them live together someday. Heck yeah I’ll even open up for them if permitted 🎹🎚️
Words can not describe this kind of sound. It only can be feeled by your very inner soul.
Love the ending sonic explosion 💥
amazing
This is totally awesome. What an ambiance.
Love this and these two! And Buchla! And Bolinas, Marin. Keep making more! :)

I cannot think of a more fitting tribute to the life and work of Don Buchla than this.

Super! Amazing work!
So damn beautiful, it somewhat reminds me of Jonah Sharp & Tetsu Inoue-Morphing Cloud, ideal for recoverning tranquillity and faith in future

audiovisualawesomeness
very very good, mesdammes !
RIP Don Buchla :'(
Reminds me of The Orb's FFWD album. Great stuff
Somehow I think I know this coast, somewhere in Marin county in Northern California?
Was the music put to the film, or the film made for the music, or did someone just put the two together? Either way, it's perfect :)
transcendental. what's the gear just to the right (Kaitlyn's right) of the music easel?
Squarp Pyramid, Moog Werkstatt, Teenage Engineering OP-1
I’ve never seen a shiny Pyramid before.
Damn I wish this was my mom and grandma tbh
American Minimalism is alive and extremely well.
Old days with NulA
Great use of the OP-1 there. Very non intrusive.

Is it 100% improvisation?

the other queen Helene Vogelsinger is missing❤
Bored to tears by this. A total cop out musically. Utter self indulgence for me.
expand your horizons man!
lol. basic.
