Since recording this video, zoom and restream have made enhancements to their platforms. You may need to upgrade your zoom account for this ability now.

What version of zoom are you using, my version does not have those menu options on the bottom of the screen?
I've recently updated zoom. Unfortunately I dont recall that specific version at the time of that recording.

Thanks Monte! Does Restream now have Instagram option that you can livestream to?
Instagram is a streaming option within Restream ( and a lot of other platforms now ) but the main challenge is that IG has been slow on rolling out the feature for most of us to live-stream on platform from 3party applications. If you have been given access to stream from IG, you'll just need your stream URL and stream KEY information and can put it into Restream and start streaming.

Really great, patient instruction. One question... On the Zoom stream page, can you put in your Restream page and stream key but leave the third line blank, and still be connected to your chosen channels (FBLive, YT, for example)?
When I tested, the third line needed to have something. Zoom had an update this week that I haven’t tested to see if they no longer require that third line
In reference to what you mention at 3:57, if I do not have a website, what link should I use if I want to stream to FB and YT live?
It really can be anything. It doesn't have to be a real site. Just can't leave it blank.
I don't see the "more" tab on zoom. Is there another way I can get to the rtmp part?
If you don't have the more tab .. I'm assuming that you are using the free version of zoom The More option for along with more additional tools are available on the upgrade zoom plans.

You can just stay logged into zoom
Is there a way to replay the same zoom later and make it look like it's live?
Yes. You can schedule a video to play at a predetermined date/time. Basically just upload the replay video into the scheduler.

Inside “Studio Mode” , you’ll just need to click the orange “Go Live” button

HOW DO I SEE COMMENTS FROM 2 PLATFORMS AT SAME TIME
Within the Restream chat feature, all the comments from all the platforms display. Are you not seeing the chats? OR have you not used the platform yet?
Is a Restream Premium account required to do this? Their site says this for the RTMP source feature: "Bring RTMP streams from Zoom, OBS, and other software into Studio." It shows that this feature only available on Premium and Business accounts. Thanks.
I’m not sure which account is necessary for that feature. I would recommend shooting a quick message to the Restream support messenger on their website. Restream.io
@@MonteWeaverofficial They said that you can live stream from Zoom using a free Restream account but in order to also use the Restream Studio features with it, a Restream Premium or higher account is required. Thanks.

Thank you for your helpful video. Do you have any using Zoom and presentations at the same time? I'm going "live" for a a community project and trying to hone the features as best as possible. For instance am I controlling the live stream from Zoom Webinar or from Restream?
You’d be controlling everything through Zoom. Think of Restream as just your distribution center and simply feeding your zoom to your destinations of choice.

I just created a test group on FB, but I'm hitting a snag. Restream wants me to add it as an app on FB and FB is not letting me do apps on the group created. Playing wack-a-mole with this.
