    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    Prepare Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
    -Sugar 1 Cup
    -Water 1 Cup
    -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
    -Ghee ¾ Cup
    -Besan (Gram flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
    -Sooji (Semolina) ½ Cup
    -Ghee 2 tbs or as required
    -Cream ½ Cup
    -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
    -Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
    -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
    Directions:
    Prepare Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
    -In a saucepan add sugar, water, mix well & bring it to boil. Cook on medium flame until sugar melts.
    -Add cardamom powder, mix well then set aside.
    -In a wok add ghee & let it melt.
    -Add gram flour, semolina, mix well & cook on low flame until its fragrant (12-15 minutes).
    -Add ghee (2 tbs at a time),mix well & cook on low flame until it changes color (12-15 minutes) and mix continuously.
    -On low flame,add cream & mix well.
    -Add prepared sugar syrup, mix well & cook on low flame until it comes together & ghee separates (8-10 minutes).
    -Add pistachios, raisins, almonds, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes then set aside.
    -Garnish with nuts & serve!

    Ajza:
    Prepare Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
    -Sugar 1 Cup
    -Water 1 Cup
    -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
    -Ghee ¾ Cup
    -Besan (Gram flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
    -Sooji (Semolina) ½ Cup
    -Ghee 2 tbs or as required
    -Cream ½ Cup
    -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
    -Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
    -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
    Tarkeeb:
    Prepare Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
    -Saucepan may cheeni or pani daal kar mix karen or boil honay den. Ab itna pakayen k cheeni achi tarah melt hojaye.
    -Elaichi powder daal kar mix karen or alagrakhden.
    -Ek karahi may ghee daal kar melt karlen.
    -Besan aur sooji daal kar mix karen aur halki ancch per khushu ajanay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes).
    -Ghee daaltay jayen (2 tbs at a time) aur halki ancch per color change ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes) aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
    -Halki ancch per cream dal kar achi tarhan mix karen.
    -Tayyar sheera dal kar achi tarah milayen aur halki ancch per ek saath ho janay & ghee alag ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes) aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
    -Pista, kishmish or badam daal kara chi tarah milayen or 1-2 minutes tak pakayen.
    -Pista badam se garnish kar k serve karen!
