Chris, Extremely impressive, you give us confidence, power and way out and it seems like you are the one who takes responsibility such a real stuff, i have not left even single video of you and lots love for you from Pakistan, Thank you so much
wow...these tutorials really helps me a lot, I am totally a beginner in photography and eager to learn since I discover the beauty in it. CanonAustralia thanks a lot...
Thank you so much for making this really helpful video. I've had a lot of difficulty so far in low light settings like fashion shows or restaurants. I've got one coming up in a hotel/lobby/restaurant area and perhaps outside. I'll use these tips. Thanks!
@4flex4 You'll need a speedlight which supports Stroboscopic output. The only flashgun in the Canon lineup which can do this is the 580EX. All it is doing is firing the flash at intervals (ie, each stage where you see the runner). You could manually fire the flash while shooting a long exposure to get a similar effect.
You can use the grains of the high ISO in your favour! You can make the picture B&W and take advantage of the noise, that sounds very pretty in B&W shots!
Hey I have a Canon 550D & I Do a lot of Night club night time photography & Use Auto focus so i don't have to worry about a blurry picture. But my problem is I take a photo in a dark room & finding it hard to take a photos especially If I hold the camera up infront of my face with a friend I'm currently using the yongnuo YN 560 III So what I would like to know if can i fix this problem or would getting a canon 430exII solve my problem? Please help !
I have a Canon EOS and my ISO only goes up to 1600, is that suppose to be correct? Some camera's ISO can go further than that. Does it depend on the settings or the lens I have? I want my ISO to be higher.
Are you kidding? Digital Rev is a joke. It's just some goofy Asian guy making jokes. It's not a serious photography video series. How many have you seen?
Wow. this is the best photography channel everrrr!! it's so good, understandable, interesting, entertaining and so amazing!

@4flex4 you can probably use a flashlight and turn it on and off by hand? i should try that. brb
Hey, do you have any tips on low light filming? That would be amazing! :)
@wge2vz , Using the flash unit he mentioned. He said it had a strobe mode. Then keep shutter open as long as possible while taking the picture.

is a speedlight necessary?

in the setting you can set your iso higher. yours must be still in default setting . that is why it stretched till 1600 iso only. :)

"OH MOTHER ISO1600" haha I remember when I was first starting out, I didn't know much and I'd actually shoot with ISO 6400.. I've learned now haha
@daas8214 Thanks! Cheers, the Canon team.
whats the song used in this video? :)
i have. Adorama is great(especially Joe DiMaggio), Digital Rev has some really awful episodes sometimes. I still prefer this.
I add grain to all my photos so high ISO is no problem at all
OMG i have high ISO phobia !!
the thumbnail looks like rotterdam 96
however this video is definitely much more informative...
yes he looks like robert
now when something bad happens to me I go, "What the ISO 1600?"
LOW LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY
he reminds me of robert pattinson :O
manly
more talented version of robert pattinson
robert pattisson? ha ha!
