A Better Bully Bullier? Universus Karasu Deck Profile

Welcome back everyone! So...I may have jumped the gun. In an earlier video I showed off a Karasu deck build off of the Fire symbol with Death attuned cards, touting it as likely the best way to stave off these transforming characters bullying the meta. However...I may have overlooked the fact that his third symbol, Evil, not only has one of my favorite control mechanics, but then also allows him to still access Fire and Death attuned cards. Is this new Evil build a better bully bullier?
