Inventor Flint Lockwood thought he saved the world when he destroyed his most infamous invention -- a machine that turned water into food causing cheeseburger rain and spaghetti tornadoes. Also I noticed this film marks the only time Sam, Manny, Earl, Brent, Tim (Flint's Dad) and Barb see how actually looks the FLDSMDFR. In the first film they weren't able to see it, since Flint had in secret and launched it towards the sky, later was protected by a giant meatball and Flint was the only who could reach it. Now they can see the infamous invention with their very eyes since it's reedemed.

Actually I think some people saw it in the scene where flint was flying with it like a rocket, mainly Tim since we saw him looking at flint in slow motion. I also think earl saw it for a second before it started flying since he screamed at flint and run towards him

Nice to see Flintly McCalaghan’s doing well on his own after LiveCorp obviously shutting down following Chester V’s demise and the exposure of the corporation and their founder’s crimes in committing genocide on sentient food animals. Hopefully he can get a job at SparksWood and continue developing his inventions.
I remember when I first watched Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs at some event in a library/school/whoknows with my mother and sister, it was great and when Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs 2 came to theater, we went: good movie back then, good memory now.

The first time I watched Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs was at the movie theater when I saw it! It was my 8th birthday, and we all went to the movies to see Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs during my birthday party! I had such a great day that day, and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs one of my childhood favorites! My mom and I also saw Cloudy 2 in theaters together for my 12th birthday, but this time, it was just me and her!
I just LOOOOOVE this song..... as much as I loved Raining Sunshine from the first movie. ^_^

I saw both Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs films in theaters. The first film was a masterpiece. This is just a perfect sequel.
No, it’s not. It’s actually bad only the sequel cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2’s predecessor is honestly the best and a well written film but this one is just fart jokes puns it all 90% of the movie and it’s a generic like twist like it’s an every kids movie it’s like “the biggest company in the world is actually bad what??!!” let’s snap back in reality here cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2 is a terrible film

the studio that designed the end credits, and the earl scouts cartoon on both blu-rays/DVD was six point harness who specializes in 2D or traditional animation. they were done as a combination of many styles. six point harness did many more styles aside from what you see in the credits.
