Don't think i didn't notice that one pile of rocks before you finished it.
I was waiting for someone to mention it
Right when I saw the rocks I knew I had to open the comments
The moment I saw it I had to go to the comments😂
I saw it right away
Quote make everything thicker
That rock at the beginning looked pretty sauce
Sus
🅱️enis
Me as soon as I see the rocks: Oh that’s- AYO
I am So Freaking glad Someone Said it.

TIPS
HUGE impact
I'm almost mad at how good this looks. Well done.
Thanks! You can do it too! 💪
🤯 I’ve been putting TOO much work into my hand drawn maps. Thank you for this!
No worries!
The ideas derived from your "Shorts" have legitimately added depth to the way I GM. I can't thank you enough for giving me A-HA! moments for a hobby that I've been involved in since 1986. Thank you so much.
Thanks so much for the positive comment! I'm glad you're finding some of these ideas new and useful!
This is absolutely going to improve my mapmaking, especially for short notice maps which I need to make look better.
Hope you can do more drawing tips. Different terrains like forest, lakes, coast, swamp etc. Thanks for the tips. I suck at drawing and this helped quite a bit.
I was thinking about it...Like "7 common map symbols you should know"
@@ZipperonDisney Sure that would be helpful. The rocks looked cool would like to see how you do trees and other common things. Mine look more like clouds lol. Thanks again.
This is great! Thanks for the tips!
Honestly love all of your videos, subbed and I hope more people start finding your create content
Well, as they say, like, SHARE, and subscribe 😉
You can draw everything if you want to, but I recommend using different markers sizes (one for the shape and one for the details). Also using a ruler for the walls, doors and windows is usually better.
I'd like to see a longer video of this !
Looks awesome! Thanks for the tips and love the videos!
If you implement these tips, I'd love to see a pic
@@ZipperonDisney Absolutely! How would I send it?
@@benjaminfinchii1121 I have a Discord and Twitter, linked in the About section
These videos are so great!
Glad you think so! Thanks so much!
Can't properly say how great this is.
did ya like and sub? 😆
@@ZipperonDisney *likes and subs* PFFT yea, I've been subbed this whole time heheh. >,>
WoW, that was amazing, where cam i get those marker pens and mapa?
Chessex Mega Mat and wet erase markers. But wrapping paper and sharpie will work just fine
Thats awesome, thanks.
thanks for watching 😁
This is awesome
bro knew what he was doing with those rocks
This guy is so underrated
Why thank you! 😊 Like they say, please share and subscribe 😉
@@ZipperonDisney I’m doing both!
I’m looking to DM eventually so these tips are really helpful
Ayooo
Great tips.
Thank you
I did similar... but nto Hash out the 'dead zones' I used grey paper as a 'fog of war' and the dead areas the same because I really do not want to clue my players too much on secrets.
Hey what do you draw on/use for your battlemaps? Also what markers do you use?
Thought he was going to say "just make sure your rocks don't look like something else as it distracts the party."
Bro love the rocks 🙂
Now all I need is the patience to do this on the dungeons that take up my entire playmat
Hmm yeah that’ll help a lot for when I make maps.
Wait I make digital ones. Shit.
That pile of rocks seems Rock hard 😂
The first rock formation💀
After that first cut mad sus
What is it your drawing on and can it be erased? Loving the visuals.
Great tip! I have one question though, what would be a name of this draw-on map? I'm trying to look for one but I don't really know what to put in google to find it
It's a Chessex Mega Mat. It's made of vinyl and uses wet erase instead of dry erase
I beeline for the statue and take its vibranium shield.
lol 😜
We all saw what you was doing with that first pile of rocks
I think you are making a board game
how do you get a blank grid map?
What do you draw on? Is it a special surface or do you print it out every time?
Chessex Mega Mat
What kind of paper and marker are you using.
Cant unsee the cockrock you drew first...
Ayo what is that rock formation
hello!! Where can i buy the grid paper :D ?
So how do you use these in a campaign, is it just for the dm or does the party use it too
Where can I get this map?
Where can I buy the mat
Its a Cheessex Mega Mat
I got a question so ive been watching videos where people draw an entire dungeon on a battlemat...do they use fog of war?
Do they not use fog of war?
Is it possible to not use fog of war or is it against the rules?
How does all this work
Where do you draw this?
Link to buy pls
pop quiz time! where is the hidden pp?
Where do you buy paper like that?
I don’t think I’ve ever seen that in stores
It's a Chessex Mega Mat with wet erase markers
@@ZipperonDisney thank you
What mat are using in the vid
Where do I get the mat your using?
Look I don't play D&D but... I want to make a map...
But where do i get the paper?
What battle mat is this?
Looks Like forts
I was this years old when I found out you could get vaxed maps to draw on with a non permanent marker
.. because I am an idiot
Where can i get the erasable map from?
The first set of rocks looks like a peen and I can't unsee it now 😂
How would I go about drawing a map that emphasizes the entire floor is lava?
My characters instantly leaving the cave I drew…
Ummmmm, anyone gonna talk about that rock?
I have those same exact shoji screen room dividers!!
Those rocks hella sus
wait... so do you just redraw your maps all the time?
... that's why they're erasable. What do you do?
Cok rok
