Little weird they pulled a gun on a child And confusing on why parents immediately went into shock therapy for a child talking to their toy...like a kid would.. But altogether I liked the story itself

Heck, even Bill Patterson himself thought about the idea, but he just couldn't find the right voices for the characters how he pictured them in his head, so he cancelled any plans for an animated adaptation and just decided to leave it up for the reader's imaginations. But at least we have some fanmade animations of them. Close enough, I think.

As someone who read his stuff as a kid in Portland in the 90s and what they did to him I can say he’s been awful correct if you dare find his podcasts RUclips or other places. He’s still a very nice fellow but he just knows it’s not worth any fake acting for woke culture.
