If you can’t fly, run, if you can’t run walk, if you can’t walk crawl but just try and move to achieving your goals..
I think this pandemic has taught people the importance of multiple streams of income unfortunately having a job doesn’t mean security rather having different investments is the real deal… So l really appreciate your transparency

There's no export partial list option by the ZipCode like you're showing. Have you came across a workaround for that? Thanks!

If you are an agent, this is pretty easy, just looking at the ACTIVE properties and the SOLD properties in a neighborhood and doing like I showed on RedFin/Zillow. If you ARENT an agent, most MLS systems have a "public side" facing that looks like zillow or redfin. I can probably touch on this in a future video for sure since you arent the first to ask! I would like to request a video on how to get a creative loan where you only pay interest with a balloon payment at the end using a single w2 income of $50,000 or less. I maybe I am not using the right search terms, but I am able to find little on securing an interest only balloon loan. Refinancing seems like a good exit strategy to use that type of loan to control a long term rental you could not otherwise afford. Everybody wants to sell you a morgage, but few freely provide the technical info on how to creatively finance your way into a deal that benefits both you and the bank. Also I would like to request a video on strategies for how to make long term rental investments in large metro areas like San Francisco where home prices are 200,000 dollars more (or far greater) than equivelant housing worth less than $100,000 in many other areas of the country on a single w2 income of 25,000, 35,000, or 50,000 dollars per year and no debts. When you are just starting out the need for knowledge is huge, time available is minimal, and financial risk is huge. You can set yourself back 4 years of hard work to become debt free with one dumb financial decision that doesn't pass a napkin math check, let alone make sense on paper and by the numbers. If anybody has video reccomendations on the above topics I would appreciate pointers to the videos or articles from anyone willing. I think google's censors unfortunately have something against posting most links though. That said, I enjoyed the video! Thanks for all the info! Bigger Pockets is truly the place to come for real estate knowledge and knowhow.
