Thank you for the video. I may have to replace our pump soon and this helped a lot for what I need. I'm happy I don't need a press for that pully.

Hey Andrew, great job, I grew up helping my uncles too, alot of kids grow up knowing nothing about wrenching because they never had anyone to teach them, take advantage of your uncle's knowledge, he knows what he's doing and he does it right, nice video guys, thumbs up 👍

Nice that your teaching the younger generation.
I've actually loosened the pulley bolt while the belt is still on. Were the tires on the ground while you were bleeding? Or did I miss you saying to get weight off front end?

Roy Quesada to bleed the power steering system you have to have the front tires off the ground!

Hello, nice video you two. I have a 2005 Sonata 2.7l and I recently swapped out my PS pump which led to the same air in the system as you had. I did the wheel turn for a while and drove the car for at least a week, the noise never went away. I then ordered a vacuum hand pump kit with bleeder attachments. A few minutes under vacuum while turning the wheels I finally got all of the air out, there was a lot of air trapped in the system which wasn't coming out simply by using the steering. I'm curious if your noise finally went away on its own or did you need take further steps? Thanks for your efforts.

I have an Elantra and the steering wheel is a little stiff but doesn’t make any noise, also the wheel is a little crooked what do you think is wrong?
