In today's episode of TheAverageGarage I tear down a Warn Winch i picked up dirt cheap, It was sold as "unused" so lets strip it down and find out if i wasted my money.
Will it work again?

So it seems it was pointed out by a viewer that I may have assembled the brake incorrectly.
