@@dino5254 I just ordered bar risers but not from ducabike, but it says package includes 2 risers, I am hoping they include the longer screws. did the longer screws come with your risers ? and would you happen to know the size of the screws used with the 15m risers ? in case mine show up without them ( width and length ) thank you
To tell you the truth I wouldn’t know compared to a stock bike. I put them on right away. They are about 3/4 of an inch rise, no cables need to be changed out. I also use the Ducati low seat.
@@dino5254 Thanks, being the video so "old" I didn´t know if you would answer, specially so quickly, how is the low seat comfort, I rented a SS this weekend and I quite liked the bike and found the seat (the regular one) to be very good but the position is a little too lean over for me (I currently have a Ninja 650) so I don´t know if buying one and installing the risers and low seat would be a good idea.
@@marcos1669 I am actually selling my bike. Only 2k miles. It doesn’t get any love due to other bikes. I’m 5’7 and I’m almost flat foot on this bike. The low seat is actually comfortable.
If you want your handlebars to be so high and what these touring ergonomics then why didn't you just buy a touring motorcycle? Why are you trying to turn a sport street bike into a touring bike?
Straight forward install. No cable adjustments and no need to replace for longer ones., simple install just need to torque the screws back, loosen the control mounts and the instructions will give you the torque spec. You will replace the OEM screws with the supplied ones since they are longer. Clears everything even with my touring windscreen.
could you post a video of clearances and movement with the risers handlaebars full left to ful right? just mkaing sure there wont be any clerance issues with tight cornering
They looked so good and that DUCABIKE company makes high quality parts for Ducati so I took a chance, and I ordered mines from Europe then the net day I found a Ducati shop in Texas that carried them as well. I think it's called AMS, it took a total of 17 days to get them from England. conquestcarbon.com/ advancedmotorsports.com/
do you have a link to where you buy the risers.
