The magical part is swimming with all kinds of creatures including black tipped sharks - We did this in 2017 with my young teenagers and they awed. It grows appreciation and respect in young people. I am terrified of sharks and yet I snorkled with them and learned peace. We also viewed turtles laying eggs under our cabin from a distance and we did not want to disturb them, but the unity of Heron with Nature is amazing. Cannot wait to do it again one day.

@@ScottyPass @ScottyPass 🌊🐠 It seems indeed tempting to be there and I just love being somewhere calm and relaxing. It's not that it isn't pretty around where I live, but climate-wise very different from Heron Island, trust me ☃️❄️. At least parts of the year it feels as if I'm basically living in a freezer, well, at times it actually is colder outside the house than in my freezer.
I'll check out some more of your vlogs, as you definitely know where to go and what's not to be missed out on. 😉
