- Harborside market open year-round with food stalls, handicrafts & a heated café tent in winter.
This is an open bazaar where you can find a variety of food and souvenirs. It's a typical place to enjoy seafood and fast food options. Although I didn't try the food myself, it seems like a nice place to spend time and enjoy the fresh air.
One of the places that you need to visit when you are in Helsinki. There are many food stalls and souvenirs. I tried one of the stalls named Sun Market Finland, and ordered their Salmon Soup. The soup tastes good, the taste of the salmon is strong and the rye bread is a good compliment for this dish.

thanks:)
I used to drive bus 17 in Helsinki center carrying lots of tourists. I always told them to go to Hakaniemi instead and not to buy anything from this place. This market square is full of scammers selling food for twice the price compared to Hakaniemi which is only 2 kilometers further north. But avoid that indoor market hall over there. Their prices are high. This place used to be popular among the locals before the 90s but when tourism rised the locals disappeared and the prices skyrocketed
Yes, the prices are crazy there. Thanks for the comment!:)
No crowds because of the price. Way to expensive.
Exactly:(
Yes. The locals go to Hakaniemi and won't buy anything from this overpriced tourist trap
I want to come here for business. Do you know how to do it?
I have been in Helsinki only a day so I don't know about business there.
What kind of business?
'Promo SM'
Ok
Very very expensive
Yes it is:(
