My dad seasoned everything growing up, sandwhiches, salad, and he always salted fruits and some raw vegetables growing up we ate tomatoes like apples we had a huge garden out back, I haven't bought regular salt in years only the pink one and thankfully I don't pull it out as much as my dad did.

I do blue berries with old fashion oats. The steel cut ones❤️I’ve been making home cooked meals and feel more energized. Cooking at home let’s you know what you’re eating. I also love whole grain pasta.
That salmon recipe sounds interesting would love to try it and pesto avocado sounds good would love to try that. And who doesn’t love chips and guacamole?

I love your energy and how pretty you make your foods lol. I'm trying new things out and learning to eat healthier myself. I eat lots of greens like spinach, collard greens, avocado etc.... and I love fruits plus I'm learning to drink lots of water.
I also have overnight oats for breakfast. I never though about adding bananas! I always add the same things: Oats, chia seeds, poppy seeds, hemps seeds and soy milk. In the morning before aeting it, I add dried cranberries. I love it!!!!!!
I am such a finicky eater, the only thing I liked in the quick fix breakfast mix was the strawberries. But I like watching Tia, maybe the meals will grow on me.😊
Love theses recipes!!! I love the avocado and chips, sometimes for breakfast I have pita chips with guacamole and egg white crepes with spinach and turkey bacon 😊😊
I love the overnight oats. I never tried the grain you put in your salad before. I'll have to try that. I do use Chia seeds in just about everything. Baked salmon and vegetables or Spanish salad is my favorite. You gave some great tips.
Are you referring to the quinoa? I just discovered you can cook it in a rice cooker with some chicken broth. It only takes a few minutes. I really enjoy the taste. I cant eat rice so this is a great substitute.

Pink Himalayan Salt is good. Pull it out more often to use :)
