What's your family's generational recipe?
My great Aunt made Lemon Chicken Rice, then my mom started making it. Now I have made it a few times
I like receipes that are past down because it keeps them in the family 😋 😄
For me it's both trying new things and passed down recipes
My family is from Jamaica,so I learned Jamaican style curry chicken
Gumbo, my family is from Louisiana
I love the way he is hanging on to his mommy. He’s too cute!
I know ! So beautiful!
Yes he sure loves his momma!!! Awesome 🤩
Yes! Adorable
He need to man up, just a little tuff love tia.
Right it's so beautiful to see kids so innocent and not trying to grow up too fast. He has all the time in the world for that.
Aww, it's so cute how Cree is holding on to Tia at the beginning of the video. Love the videos with Cree, he's so funny lol. The chicken curry looked good, can't go wrong with chicken.
He loves her, she is so soft with her children. So beautiful to watch.
He adores his mother. You can tell.
I also see His Dad in him. Sweet but he doesn't smile a lot. Kind of serious but a silent smile. :-)
I remember watching baby Cree on the reality show with his mom. To see him now makes me smile! He’s funny handsome and reminds me of my son! Keep up the good work Tia!
Tia is just one of those people that instantly makes you smile. She seems to have the sweetest spirit & Cree has those same awesome qualities!
To see Cree still love on you like he does: hold your arm and your hand is the epitome of what a mother’s love is to her son and what a son’s love is to his mommy. Never too old to love on Mommy! He reminds me of my son in the 4th grade who still cuddles up next to me, many times, no matter what we’re doing.
I just love how Cree adores his mom Tia❤️
Hello sweetheart how are you feeling and hope you’re fine and good over there, thank you so much for having support and prayed for me throughout my movies career! Hope you’re fine and good? I’m Keanu Charles reeves hope you don’t mind where are you from?
Could literally cry seeing him! Can’t believe how big he is!! He makes so many of the same expressions as you 😂 love it! Can’t wait to try this recipe :)
He’s growing up too fast!
Man , Ok love you guys!!! Love the way he held on to you and then let go once he was comfortable. He will be a natural at this. He gets it from his parents!!!! Love you guys! Keep up the great work!!❤️❤️❤️❤️🥂🍾🍾
He is growing so fast I think he's going to be an chef when he grows up they grow up so fast🥺🥺
Cree is like his father Cory, the way Cree admires his mother is the same way Cory admires Tia!! Love curry chicken 😗 stay blessed & beautiful 💜
“Cree you know what salt is!” 🤣🤣🤣 Mama voice on deck.
I want to see more of cooking with Cree, he's really funny.
Watching Cree constantly reach for your arm/hand for comfort is just so refreshing. I love that for y’all. Talm bout he’s not your baby anymore lol. I can’t tell Cree 😩😂❤️
Rite 🥺
🤣🤣🤣🤣 rite! Love it
Right 😂
Forever a mommy's boy
This melts my heart watching Cree make a famous dish by his grandmother and his mom showing him how to make it. I absolutely loved this Tia this is so adorable.🥺🥺😘😘
Love you and Cree cooking together. He's funny, sweet and smart
THIS WAS ADORABLE. Tia, your son is the sweetest!!
He really is! 😭
I’m Indian, and we call it chicken curry, but I always love seeing the similarities and differences between Indian and Caribbean curries. And when did Cree get so TALL?!! 😍😍😍 he’s practically a teenager ! ♥️
Jamaicans say Curry chicken not chicken curry
@@IamaDesignerOriginal well I think Guyana says chicken curry.
@@moniquenorville1981 yea I think ur right so I corrected my sentence
Trinidad calls it "Curry Chicken" because its literally adding curry to chicken, not chicken to curry 🙂
@@TheChels1992 Agreed!!!!
You're the perfect mommy. Love you giving him a history of his great grandma. Precious moments
It’s the way Cree holds on to you for me 🥺🥰💕 you can see the beautiful and precious bond you two share. Melts my heart! Loved this so much!
I love how he is so close to his mom. I have a 14 month old son and he is my world. I’m also 9 weeks pregnant tomorrow ❤️
I just love the way cree continuously holds Tia's hands the hold time, he's so handsome and he's definitely going to make a good husband one day! TEACHABLE MOMENT 🙏🏾❤️🤗!!
Tia when my two girls were younger they watched you and and your sister's show Sister Sister religiously I will admit that my husband and I did too. You have raised a fine and intelligent young man it's nice to see him cook with you, mom you did a fine job of raising him!!! I like to cook both tradition and trying new recipes! Good luck on reaching 1 million subscribers!
I was born and raised in Eleuthera! You’re absolutely right. We cook a lot of curry chicken. ❤️ At 4:29 I laughed out loud. 😂
And add cilantro? Im a Bahamian and never seen curry cooked like this
@@percivettem me neither, but I will love to try it.
Both of y'all might be my cousins with these last names. We don't make Curry like this but this is her mother's variation.
I'm in love with Cree! He loves cooking with mommy.
Literally they’re a mood together ❤️ and Cree threw the plug in to go to the water park for 1 million subscribers😂 I said yeah he’s definitely a genius! My vote is for the water park !

Beautiful we are getting more of mommy/son Tia and Cree time and they’re cooking curry chicken say whaaat. Ok Tia I see you with some Caribbean flavors 👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️ Tia as usual the hair style I’m loving it. Gonna try it. Love seeing kids cooking at that age❤️ learn early. Answer to your question: Both but more of trying new recipes.
Lol. I was totally scoping that hairstyle the whole video. Will need to watch it again to get the recipe 😂
I lot of ethnicitys make currys
Omg Cree has gotten so big. He has always been a handsome boy. Lol he has grown into his own little young man. Awww love you guys.
I add pepper to mine scotch bonnet, just pierce it with a fork. The coconut cream gives it a wonderful flavour,10 out of ten.
Let’s go 1 million subscribers!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
So wonderful to know that their children will carry moments like this growing into adults like she did.. 💕
I love Cree’s honesty and how he knows his way around the kitchen. He’s an excellent guest. Won’t be long before he’s as tall as Tia. I like both tried and true and traditional recipes.
I love passed down recipes. I always add a little of my flavor to them but it is part of keeping the family with you. 😁
Yesss!
I love how you exposed Cree for being on his tippy toes😂 You just made my day Tia thank you! You got an amazing son, you are so close to 900k subs and I’ll be praying for you to reach at a million. Goodluck🙏🏽
There is something wonderful about both. The recipes you’ve never had before could become new favorites and the recipes passed down are comfort.
Tia I love the way Cree holds on to you and ready to help you out cooking the Curry Chicken. Tia I see Cree loves to be in the kitchen cooking with you. Answer to your question I like both family recipes and making my own recipes.
Both. Family recipes that are handed down are priceless, especially after the cook has passed away, what a wonderful intergenerational legacy to leave future generations. New recipes are great too, they add variety and spice!
Tia, love love love 💕 the way Cree is interested in learning to cook with you. He loves his mommy. I’m waiting for the “ 1 Million Subscribers “ 😻😻. Thanks for sharing your family curry chicken recipe with us. My mother was such an amazing cook, I can’t just name one. Her fruit cakes, banana pudding, biscuits, fried chicken OMG. May you and your son continue to cook together always. Peace and Love ❤️

I love how you are introducing your son to cooking! I remember doing this with my son and now he is cooking with his fiancé. Watching this warmed my heart!🥰
Your hair is pretty. It is good to have your child help you in the kitchen. He will always cherish and remember he and his mom shared special moments in the kitchen. He is also learning about his ancestors
I ❤️ it when Cree cooks with you! Cree is so smart! I loved his personality! He's going go be good with his finances.
I can see it NOW!! Or great great-grandmother is from the islands...
I knew she had the islands flavor?
I know y'all ate good 24/7.
for real cant believe how big he is and he is just like his mom great job Tia i love you
Shout out to Cree for the comic relief! 😂 It must be so much fun raising him!
Glad that you stayed true to your mom’s recipe including the name “curry chicken.” We Caribbean folks appreciate that. Thank you
Cree is hilarious. Watching you two cook together is sweet and it makes me want to cook more with my 11 year old son as well.👩🏽🍳 👨🏾🍳 ❤️ 🥘
I love traditional dishes..makes me remember waking to the smell of my mom's cooking or coming home from school to her delicious cooking
I knew there was some Caribbean involvement🥰 Everyone does curry chicken differently and yes coconut milk makes it 10 times better!!!!! Good job Tia and Cree! #CaribbeanLove
Pass down recipes. Because Cree helped you cook I am going to make this on Sunday! Thanks Cree for the cooking lesson you are awesome.
My son is 9 and loves helping me cook and bake also. I love seeing Cree in the kitchen with you. My son also has no problem giving his opinion and feedback on the final results. Some recipes such as macaroni and cheese I cook the traditional way because I love it that way, however, I enjoy cooking new recipes as well. That way I’m able to put my own touch to it. Great episode Tia and don’t forget to take Cree to that water slide girl lol
TIA AND CREE WORK WELL COOKING TOGETHER AND I LOVE RECIPES PASS DOWN FROM THE FAMILY, ALSO LOVE TIA'S HAIRSTYLES WITH THE BRAIDS!!
Hey, Tia..... I'm Tia!!!
........One of my favorite twins! I could watch you and your sister ALL day every day. I absolutely love you two!!!!
Cree has gotten so big it's unbelievable!!!!! Can't wait until the next video!!!! Oh, and I must try this recipe....looks delish!!!!
When the title says “chicken curry”, but Tia says “curry chicken” because she’s Caribbean 😂
Right. You don't chicken the curry🐔 You curry the chicken 😏🤣
I was under the impression that it meant curry was one of the ingredients.
I wonder if the title changes because of your comment. 🤔😮
Lol yeah I title say the right thing now
@@deldee It does contain curry... but there's a Caribbean way to say it and... everyone else's 😅
This would be great with a side of white rice.
Cree is entirely to funny he definitely has your personality all the way. Y’all did a great job by the way I’m new to the channel I love it already 🥺❤️
For me the question I like recipes from generations to generations.
He's, so handsome and I love dishes that's be passed down from grandmother's and their mother. It made you feel so close too your family.
Hi Tia! I made your mom’s recipe. As I’m texting you RIGHT NOW I’m eating it 😄. When I say de-li-cious! Absolutely, delicious! I also cooked some jasmine rice (I know with the potatoes it could be too much starch). I’m going to top the curry chicken on the rice, with a side of cornbread. You talking about comfort food. My family loves it! Thank you for sharing!
You all are so beautiful, love that mother and son bond. Will try this I like curry dishes. Props to Mother!
Tears to my eyes - love this mother and son bond! ♥️

Jesus loves you he died on the cross for your sins. All you have to do is believe in him and you will be saved. ❤ ✝️
I love doing traditional recipes. My mom learned from her grandmother and then she has passed the recipes down to myself and my sister. Thank you for sharing your recipe's.
Cree looks exactly like Tia’s father !
Beautiful family Tia and I love the recipe! 💛
I love that you just let him express himself , you respect him as much as he respects you . I'm newly subscribed but I love this ! He's so well spoken and mature great job Tia ❤️
The way he stands so close and holds her arm. 🤍🤍 so sweet!
You and Cree make a great cooking duo! I laughed and smiled throughout the entire episode. I love curry dishes and am looking forward to trying this recipe. Thanks, Tia! 🤗
They're so wholesome. It makes me so happy.
You two are simply adorable. I can tell that Cree is a good boy. And T ia a wonderful mom.
What a blessing.
AND I am making this dish RIGHT NOW!!
I love 💕 handed down family recipes.
That’s why I love kids, they make you smile❤️
That looks Amazing Cree is to adorable
Cree: "When I'm sad I just eat" 😅🥰😆
I absolutely love trying new things but I hands down prefer those traditional meals, not only are they filled with layers and layers of flavour, but it so warming to realize that this sane meal is what sustained my family for generations before me. I’m from Jamaica so you KNOW the food is good.
I like both making recipes passed down from my grandma and trying new recipes.
I saw this video and suggest making your family's curry chicken recipe. It sounded delicious so I suggested making it to my husband for dinner tonight. I'm literally making it now and it smells sooooo good. We both love curry chicken and have tried several recipes over the years. I think this one will be our new go to. Thank you for sharing!
Oh yea I am going to have to try to make this. I love curry chicken! Good job Cree! I’m going to have to show my kids this video to motivate them to get in the kitchen with me!
Hahaha yes! Cooking is just THAT much more fun with your kids 😍
Yes I like recipes passed down from generation to generation. Brings back my childhood. And reminds me of my grandma and auntie.
I love family treasures…family food is amazing…❤️♥️❤️
I love him! He’s very entertaining! Must try this dish
Curry chicken Caribbean people cook alot of especially trinidad 🇹🇹 and guyana 🇬🇾 you gotta check out those restaurants or recipes when you can. It's the East Indian heritage in us
One of Jamaicans Specialty
And Bahamas! Let face it, all of the West Indian and Caribbean.
Yes!! 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹 #OneCaribbean
Cree CONGRATULATIONS...the Quick Fix family is so proud of you...Go for your dreams!
Love how you talk about the Bahamas in your videos. I am Bahamian and it makes me proud.
Can't wait to try this! So sweet watching you cook with your son!
As a Jamaican I don't normally see my mom use tomato in Curry Chicken so I don't. It's good to know that you like it that way.
I like both. Passing down recipes and trying new recipes.
1 million people. Let’s do this . Love you Tia and family 🥰
We love curry & I think we’ll make some tonight 🤤 … I absolutely love the relationship you have with your kids Tia🥺😍💕
This looks so good definitely going to try to make this recipe🧡
My grandmother moved to Africa for some years and brought back to Greece a chicken curry recipe, but with only curry and a graded granny smith apple, nothing else and i make it still and also shrimp curry with tomato sauce and curry in the oven and because the curry used to be really hot we always put finely chopped tomatoes and cucumbers on the rice and shrimp to take away the "hot".You brought me so many memories! kisses from Greece ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
So I made this recipe today and I absolutely loved it. You look just like my 38 year old sister . She also has a son. I told her this would be so cool to cook with her son as well. You guys did a fantastic job . I love your show
I’m definitely going to make this. It looks sooooo goooood.
LOVE THIS! 😍 Tia and Cree cooking together just melts my heart ❤️ My twin boys also like to be my sous-chefs in the kitchen 🥰 And that chicken curry stew 👀 Jumping through the screen for it 🤤🤩
Love our little helpers!!
This warms my heart. Need more Mommy and Cree shows. Love the chemistry
Traditional recipes especially as Black person is really special. A lot of it has been appropriated as "southern" but really realizing what the ancestors created out of scraps is amazing and is a huge part of our culture.
That explains it. I was wondering how did the curry chicken end up being part of your family. Definitely a Caribbean background! Lovely! 😊
I love that way you’re making it. I definitely will be trying it this way.
2022, Your hair looks nice and your son is very pleasant. I like how simple you make cooking this dish look. FYI; I like passed down recipes. I learned how to cook the best greens using very little water 💧 and no grease. I use Cajun smoked neck bones. Girlllllllll!! 😋🤪
Being from The Bahamas & Eleuthera particularly, this title is true to your Caribbean roots. I just had to watch & smiled the entire time through.
I love seeing family recipes, and I especially love seeing recipes that are new and out of the regular dinner rotation!!
Something I never had-fun moments with my mom. You are such an amazing mum Tia. Keep it up!! 🙌❤
I love trying new recipes. Though traditional recipes are good.
I feel happy for you that through Tia you don’t miss out. She’s giving you fun Mom moments 🤗
@@leeleemee Yeah. ☺ Thanks.
@@modou.studygrowth 😔❤️🙂
He deserves that waterpark for his hustle alone. He is adorable!
