1. Left-click Tryndamere.
2. Check his actives bar (with the icons beneath his stats).
3. Find his ultimate icon.
4. Look at how much of the icon it isn't darkened yet.
5. That's how long his ult still lasts.
I base on sound when that "ergh" sound plays it means the ulti is over, I also click on champs to see stats
