Congratulations Carensa! A very well deserved honour!
That she does. She’s incredible.
Soooo much soooo 👏🏻👏🏻🤗🤗
@@waynesworldofsci-tech Never a truer word!
Yes, congratulations Carenza!! Its wonderful to see members of the Time Team Family recognized for their life work.
Congratulations to Carenza Lewis!
I add my congratulations to Carenza. Additionally, it's so great to see these people going from Archeologist to Doctor, Professor, MBE, etc. Thank you all.
Congratulations, Carenza! What you have done is outstanding. Bring archeology to villages all over Europe. Children will get a love of history being so close and personal.
The story on Broken Pots Mending Lives was inspirational. I ordered my book from Amazon US. Looks wonderful. Thanks.
Copies are also available in the Time Team shop: shop.timeteamdigital.com/collections/books
Congratulations, Carenza. I'm sure it's well deserved. From a 3 decades long Time Team viewer, greetings from Denmark.
Dani is the perfect “precentor” for this series. She is a natural for this series and always brings a smile to my face!
I'm in the middle of reading 'Broken Pots, Mending Lives', and I've already recommended it to my church reading group.
Congratulations, Carenza!! A well-deserved honor!!
Congratulations to Prof Carenza Lewis. The rest of the stories are also exciting!
Had the pleasure of working with Carenza on a recent TT dig and this is a truly well deserved award for a wonderful lady!
Congratulations Carenza; stoicism, determination and supreme knowledge will always win. I admire the way you still appear as fascinated as the rest of us as artefacts and stories emerge through the mud. Your appreciation that archaeology is really about us common folk and our stories as much as the ruling classes of whatever era makes you a worthy winner in my view. Also a thank you to RIchard and all at Operation Nightingale together with Dani and the team for putting these together.
Though I do not like commercial interruptions, in this case I am thrilled to see them. This means that Time Team has attracted the investment of commercial enterprises. They see Time Team as a profitable advertising investment. This means more money for continued programming. Well done! Thank you Dani Wootton! You're doing an excellent job as host!
Congratulations Carensa.
Though not from the UK, I have a love for the Time Team series, thanks to the show being on RUclips. The idea behind the show was brilliant from the start; showing people that history is as close to their gardens or farm fields. I'm thrilled that Tony Robinson is back for the new show. The Band of Brothers show was amazing. I look forward to all future shows.
Helen and Carenza on one episode. Am I losing my nerd mind?
Congratulations Carenza Lewis! And; thank You Danni, for such a great news show. splendid job!!!!
Thanks for watching and don't forget to leave your ideas for stories to cover in the comments section. Big congratulations to Carenza for her Landscape Archaeology Medal. Carenza absolutely deserves the recognition and I'm still trying to get more people to follow Time Team!
The book sounds great. Watching Time Team reruns during the lockdowns here in mid-west America literally helped keep me on the right side of the edge, to be on site would be transformative and that the program for vets exists (the original show with them made me cry) is absolutely amazing! Congrats to Prof Carenza, the community approach...again just amazing!
Congratulations Carenza
I really cannot say enough about how immensely pleased I am that Dr. Lewis has received this well-deserved honour from the British Academy. I recognize that she received the medal in part for her involvement in Time Team, but what pleases me more is knowing that she also received it for her achievement in involving ordinary "laymen" in archaeological research. I value this work because it involves non-scientists in science, and culture, but also because it brings another dimension into the lives of volunteers, something that is not home or work, an endeavour that I imagine greatly enriches their lives. It truly is a community service.
Always love the test pits on Time Team. Congratulations to Prof. Lewis on her medal recognising her hard work. The coriander seed and other details of daily life are also fascinating. Hoping to see more of Naomi Sewpaul's environmental archaeology and other longer term results of the three day digs in future. Thanks to everyone who has worked to bring Time Team back in various forms.
Big congratulations Carenza. Well deserved.
Congratulations, Carenza!
Mick Aston would be chuffed to see that Time Team has not only survived, but is thriving. Maybe not in the way he thought, but a lot of his old friends are still there and lot of new faces with the same passion are coming through. As people shuffle off this mortal coil or retire to a quieter life. We have new people with the same passion, new skills, new technology to help understand things better. One can only hope that time team continues on for decades to come 🤠
Brilliant Carenza … you are a model that everyone admires in archaeological research and the lives of village England with your fantastic test pit strategy. You were also brilliant in your career at Time Team! 🌹💫⚔️❤️👍👏👏👏🙏🌎☀️
Congratulations Carenza from a US fan of Time Team
Great archeology update. Thanks so much. So good to hear Carenza has been acknowledged for her amazing career!
Have you talked at all about those footprints found in New Mexico that support a significantly earlier date range for human arrival in the Americas? We seem to be finally understanding that the New World is actually very old indeed, & I always love hearing about the cleverness & accomplishments of our long-term ancestors.
We did touch on this story a while back here: ruclips.net/video/T_KRXQxsSSs/видео.html
Wow! Congratulations Professor Carenza!! You are now famous!!‼️‼️‼️
Congratulations Carenza! Well deserved!
I just want to add my congratulations to Prof. Lewis on her medal, to Richard Osgood on his MBE and new book, and to Dani for providing another enjoyable episode. To the Project Nightingale participants, Oorah!
Congratulations Carenza!
I love this new series so much! Thank you, Time Team!
Congrats Carenza! Well deserved. Hoping Broken Pots, Mending Lives does very well and raises a lot for charity. The torque looks as good as the day it was lost/buried!
As my great great aunt Manie used to say when she was well into her 90s, "Just let me get my hands in the dirt and I'll be alright"- said with an Appalachian accent. Of course, she was talking about gardening but archaeology can have that same healing as planting a garden no doubt. That was truly an awesome episode on the Band of Brothers and the soldiers who came to helped on the dig.
I really love this addition to the programmes you are making. Well done all.
Corenza, I'm so happy for you that your years of hard work and dedication is recognized by your peers. What an honour.
Well deserved Carenza! I am very happy for you.
Another great episode. I really like the magazine format - it's not just news.
Congratulation Carenza!!
Well deserved, Dr. Lewis !❤

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
Well done to Caranza. But thanks so much for the Rock Hall update. I was so pleased that someone has decided to get something done to preserve at least one part of Farnworth's important Industrial heritage. Paul xx
Really nice to see a few faces from the original series - congrats to Carenza, and lovely to see Helen :)
Bless OUR Carensa!!!
Love the sharing of what's happening around the world when it comes to archeology.
Great update once again, thank you. And heartiest congratulations and contrafibularities to Carenza on your well deserved gong! I’ve absolutely loved seeing you in all the test pitting episodes in particular, and your series with Michael Wood on the Story Of England was an outstanding achievement - you’ve consistently brought everyday laypeople into direct contact with their own histories through archaeology, and that is priceless. Well done, and warmest regards from us here Downunder. X
A huge well deserved congratulations Carenza❤
Brilliant as expected. Congratulations to Carenza and bravo to all who participate in Time Team/ Patrion programs and digs.
Well done and well earned Carenza!
Congratulations Carenza! Another great news segment! 😊
Congrats Carenza!
To quote actor Kathy Burke, on receipt of her Lifetime Contribution "Cor, this is nice. About b...... No, on second thoughts, best not!
Perhaps the best tribute to the work of Carenza and the team over these many years is the knowledge that many who've assiduously followed TimeTeam from Day One could be better trusted with finding, recognising, recording and reporting a significant new site than the vast majority of 'antiquarians' (with a few notably honourable exceptions).
Thanks for all the knowledge so freely shared and for the now decades of joy that knowledge has brought to so many us.
Great format.
I've followed the Time Team Crew and the Archiolegy experts for yeas in Awe .Carensa is one of those I'm in Awe of the knowledge and skill to work out the history is mind Blowing.
Big congratz Carenza, well deserved!
H husband bought this book for me. It's fantastic, inspiring and I can hardly put it down. Thanks, Lee
I love Time Team.
🎉🎉🎉🎉CONGRATS

Love these news episodes!
Wow, many congratulations to Professor Lewis! The Broken Pots book looks really good, too! Great updates all round!
Congratulations Corenza 😊
Great news updates, Dani, appreicated.
If you watched all the way through, you owe it to yourself to sign up for a patreon sponsorship😊
Congratulations, Carenza! Well deserved!!!
I love these monthly updates ❤
This podcast is a great idea. Thank you!
Hurrah for the Mayans🎉
Thank you for the spot on Farnworth. Its so nice to see some of the beautiful countryside of Lancashire. I bet most people just think of Manchester and Coronation street and not the beautiful countryside from the Flat Fylde and peaty fields between the Rivers Wyre and Lune right inland to the Pennines that separate us from Yorkshire. 😉
Congratulations Carenza ! Oh so many areas of our world to seek its history in the land and sea.
Congrats to the Prof!!
Awesome! Thanks for the updates. I’d love to hear more about the new tunnels / chambers being discovered in Egypt please 🙏 Keep up the good work 😊
Thanks to all of you for keepin' on keepin' on even after the TV show is over. And congratulations to you, Carenza. You are still as energetic as you were in the beginning. Also watching this just solved a question that has been in my mind for years. How did those Celts get a metal torque on and off their neck or arm? The head of it apparently comes off. Cheers!
Love the new content!!!!!!❤
Another great episode ❤❤❤
Congratulations Carenza, a well earned honor. Thanks Dani, another great news episode. Something you might be interested in for a future news show: I was reading the other day that there's been a coin hoard found in Glencoe in Scotland. They believe it might have belonged to Alasdair McDonald, who was clan chief there at the time of the "Massacre of Glencoe" in 1692, and was one of the many killed by Government troops. I wonder if that's been confirmed, and what else they may have found.
Is that right ? You have 10,040 patrons ? Congratulations 👏
Huge shout out to Carenza! Your contributions are so valuable! ❤
Carenza👍 onya prof well deserved.
Wow great news Carenza well deserved I have to say, and well done TT team just keep the videos coming all egerly awaited
Great episode
Onya Carenza, well deserved indeed 🙂
tbh .... i wasnt sure about these news episodes .... watched a few now ... interesting way to get recent updates out there from around the world ... and nice to see Time Team Originals getting the recognition they worked hard for
.
proof Time Team went frm being hard pressed not to do anything by english heritage to being asked to dig stuff for them for the show to get more base information ... or save some sight etc ... They worked hard for that ... and all the recognition they get is well deserved
Great info.. Doni is natural announcer/presentator!
Congratulations Cardenas Lewis. Well deserved!
Congratulations Carensa! also purchased the book just now.
Lovely episode. Congratulations carenza ! Headed to buy that book now!
Good stuff.
Just, "Thanks".
Congratulations Dr. Lewis!
Now I have to go look for that book.
It would be great to hear a report on the recent discovery of the Govan Warrior carving at Govan Stones in Glasgow, especially as Time Team had a previous dig there.
Brought the book 'Broken Pots, Mending Lives' 30 seconds before the 'signed copies' announcement. Typical but still happy to help SSAFA.
Phil has also worked with army ,nice to see the book
