  • Listening to the sounds of nature can help relief the stresses of day to day life. The gentle flow of the stream of water can bring a feeling of calm and support your sleep cycle.
    Our baby listens to this noise every night and it helps them sleep throughout. It gives them the safety that someone/something familiar is there and it is a secure and calm sound as they wake up and then daft back off again.
    We filmed and recorded this sound and video on our local farm in Leicestershire. We often spend hours playing in this stream with the children and wanted to capture the noise that makes us so relaxed.
    The film is 10 hours long so will play all night and will help block out any negative sounds so you can sleep, relax, study or focus.
    As always, make sure the sound/speaker is not to loud or close to a child's ear. This is designed to be a background noise and could cause hearing issues if turned up too loud.
