I have only 2 acres of woods. The wind storm we had in June of 2021, here in north central Ohio l, dropped sooo many trees the deer cannot travel through. All loggers are too busy for this small spot and fallen cherry isn't worth much. I have a few people willing to pay firewood price but nobody has shown up. Bow season is almost over and I may start cutting and selling as firewood... but would rather just get money for someone else logging.

Had you considered a small dirt bike (DR200, TW200...) to help cover ground? [As now retired, my legs are getting old and I'm considering it on bed.]
I do occasionally bring along a four wheeler, but honestly I drive so much that I enjoy getting out and walking!
