Huh, I haven't played Genshin in years, but for some reason I got this video on my feed. Neat lore video.
Hoyo should take their time in designing Snezhnaya. The amount of expectations in lore and gameplay is pretty huge, so it'd be a shame if they didn't deliver.
I'm going to bet the Tsaritsa is actually a Bronya proxy.

Mark my words: from the start I had this theory that The Tsaritsa was a goddess of love who had heart broken and became the Ice Queen of Snezhnaya. Take it in the sense that she loves her world, but she was betrayed by the rulers above so she wants to take them down.
