E second on Veigar is usually a lot better. W just gains base damage but even at level 1 it has a 100% ap ratio. Maxing E lowers the cooldown on it dramatically.

Don't forget darius E gives him armor pen and he has thread the needle. All crits are pretty much actually true damage.

You gotta go ethereal weapons with lich bane next time you can, endgame q plus ur crit stuff does over 3.5k

Also increases the stun duration so W can land.
it doesnt anymore, the ratio is worse early now.
not anymore, his W has 70% ap ratio lvl 1 and increases up to 110% at lvl 5
