We, Muslims are not the only ones who believe that Jesus (peace be upon him) is mortal and not a god so that means we deny the trinity. The Jews also reject the trinity, in addition to the very first groups of Christianity such as the Ebonites, the Corinthians, the Basilidians, the Capocratians, and the Hypisistarians never know about trinity doctrine at all. The Arians, Paulicians and Goths also accepted Jesus (peace be upon him) as a prophet of God and against the trinity.
Hamza Yusuf was a Greek Orthodox and he converted to Islam and became one of the most well-known Islamic scholar in the whole world. so i guess it's not that impossible to find a former orthodox converted to Islam.
if jesus die for our sins then why are christians born in sin? if jesus was so willing to die then why on the cross in the bible jesus said ' father why have you forsaken me'? why in the bible jesus fell on his face to pray? ........ wasnt he praying to God? did moses, noah, abraham etc....think about jesus when they spoke about the Lord? why isnt the word trinity and Christianity ,mentioned once the bible?..........

It is not found in the Holy Bible, and has nothing to do with Jesus Christ, or his church. True Christians (disciples of Christ, believers in the scriptures) do not believe in a trinity. We believe in the one true God, who is come in the flesh to save sinners, as he hath said by all his holy prophets since the world began. There is no triune god.
