Thanks for your vulnerability and humility Troy. I'm reminded that the Lord often equips us for ministry by bringing us through some sort of difficulty or sin so we can use our own stories to encourage and help others. You have helped me understand my role as a guitar player at church over the years and I've always appreciated and have been ministered by your devotionals/intros to the songs you cover. So many peole go on and on saying "Now this is just me personally, im not trying to preach or tell you what to do. Thats between you and God..." and on and on for 2 mins. I love that you said it, kept that part simple, you meant it and then moved on. Nice buddy. That feels like genuine humility. Which by the way, i think I have seen you grow in humility recently. Im proud of you. In the early days, I sometimes felt that lacking when I watched yiur videos. Proud of you. Your spirit and demenaor just feel different than they used to. 😊
Thanks, Tyler. I’m not 100% clear what you mean on the first part. Concerning the “growing in humility” part. Man, I’m so happy to hear that. I’ve been praying for a good while now that God would help me say only what’s needed and helpful, that he would keep me slow to speak, quick to listen, gentle and loving, all the while sharing the TRUTH in LOVE, not in any way compromising either. I pray he continues to grow me and I’m so thankful to learn it’s coming across at least to you!
I see you have the superbolt on the board as opposed the kilt (I believe it was the other way around at some point). Can you give us insight why you chose the Superbolt over the kilt? Blessings
Hello there. The Bolt didn’t replace the Kilt; it’s been on my board for a very long time. The Kilt was replaced by the Daily Driver, because I wanted a drive with more volume and two band EQ.
