If anyone think this case, just like the civil cases, will be decided on evidence is living on another planet. There is no remedy for Trump in the state. The assembly and governor passed a law just so he could be sued by Carroll. He lost on appeal. He's going to lose the appeal of the Engoron decision. When he appeals this decision he will lose. The entire system is biased against Trump.
