Low carb peanut butter chocolate and banana bread

  • Hi everyone and welcome back to my channel , today I am making a low carb peanut butter, chocolate and banana bread, this is absolutely delicious. You will never know that it is low-carb and depending on your serving could also fall under the keto diet, so give this a try and trust me when I say, it’ll all be worth it…😋
    Ingredients :
    (Serving 8 slices)
    -Two small bananas
    -1/4 of a teaspoon of vanilla extract
     -one cup of all natural creamy peanut butter -1/3 of a cup of honey -one egg
    -1 tablespoon of Monk fruit sweetener,
    -1/4 of a cup of almond flour
    -1 teaspoon of baking powder
    -1/4 of a cup of sugar-free semi sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate, 70% cocoa
    -Additional chocolate chips for topping 
    Preheat oven to 325°
     spray, a small brownie pan with nonstick spray, then line with parchment paper
    In a medium bowl mash  your bananas then add your vanilla, peanut butter , egg , monkfruit sweetener and mix really well, then add your almond flour and baking powder. Mix till well combined then fold in your chocolate. Pour into your pan and top with more chocolate and bake for 25 to 30 minutes and enjoy…
    Note:
    -you can add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder for a more intense chocolate flavor
    -if you’re bananas are very ripe you can minimize the monkfruit to a half tablespoon
