@@CenturyMixer thank you so much
she has everything, except the most important thing... CONFIDENCE.
Exactly...such a shame. I love her
Yea and it’s sad cause she really is the star of the group
Celebritylifestyleyanyan No, Leigh is my fav but she isn't the star of the group, neither Jesy, Perrie, or Jade, all are important and none is more important than the other, because the four complement each other and make a GROUP, not a leader and her choristers or back up dancers.
Luk at her now😎
@@athulkrishna2129 i was finna say the same thing
Her lack of confidence on belts is saddening considering she's so good with her musicality and she has so many great note changes. I would love to see her work more on her mix, those A4 sounded beautiful.
2019 is Leigh year
Amen!!!!
my little angel:(
LEIGH IN LIGHTNING IS SO UNDERRATED
I think Perrie and Leigh are the best belters in the group (though Jade is able to go higher than Leigh) but I'm sure if Leigh works more on it she gets a G#5, A5 and a Bb5. Come on Leigh.
I agree
Yep Perrie and Leigh are the best belters. Perrie can support up to C5, while Leigh can support up to D5
@SunKissed Melanin is that when they were "fighting" when that lady asked which one of you can sing the highest?
@@speedycomet1692 prob he meant that vid
@SunKissed Melanin strongly disagree, she has multiple times
Leigh-Anne is afraid of doing some high notes and it's understandable. She don't want to deceive the audience with a bad note :) I know she can hit these high notes, she proves that she can sing everytime she opens her mouth 😍
Everybody let's all pray that our baby Lee-Lee will gain more confidence in her notes this year and forever!!! Above (Eb5)
Leigh improved so much during these years. I wish she used more head voice like she did in touch acoustic version because it’s beautiful and she has so much more potential in that area. Plus I love her riffs and runs, they sound so natural.
jo shine yes! She has the best agility and most control over her riffs imo
Her riffs and runs are HEAVENLY.
I have a couple of things to say
1. I love Leigh and her tone is the best for me
2. Her consistent support is G#3 to Bb4 which is a semi tone lower than Jade’s so idk why she is considered a weak singer
3. Why is there no focus on the lower part of her voice I watched the other girls and they all have a piece for theirs
4. This was only about her belting which has improved yeah she is chesty but as she goes higher she loses that
5. I think her issue is confidence
This video is definitely not as supportive as the ones for the other girls. You cheered Jesy on, but for Leigh it's like, "This is how she is, she got better. Meh."
Zaihan Kariyani that what I was saying I felt like this video didn’t do her justice
@@Jhearn93 Yeah. Where is her superb F#5 from F.U.? And yes, the inconsistency is a problem but this video is just not focusing on the best parts of her voice.
Besides, none of this is valid anymore. Leigh is killing it.
Light have support to D5
@@Gui-mt2wu not consistent, and they were talking about consistency
wish the video were as thorough as perrie’s: talking about her lower and upper register as well as her falsetto, breath control and breath support. also wish you’d pointed out her positives as much as you did with her negatives, like how she’s supported down to G3 and up to C#5/D5, even if it’s inconsistent. talked about her melisma and musicality and how her pitch is on the regular ya know, things like that. still, i appreciate the video, well done! i hope she overcomes her confidence issues and develops a healthier technique with consistent diaphragm engagement. hope to see that in the lm5 tour :)
Also her note changes - Leigh's note changes are heavenly. I think the Touch note was changed to be creative, not because she can't hit it anymore. This video did not do her justice.
Yes thank you, appreciation for Leigh
There was hardly any appreciation.
I am obsessed with that Think About Us note change
I missed more analysis of her voice in GD age. In the beginning of The Glory Days Tour, she reached F#5 in F.U, and E5 in Your Love, Eb5 in Down & dirty (harmonized), and did good runs in Private show, Oops, Nobody Like You. It was the first time that she gave us some confidence.
Yet, this video was great!!!
I love her belts so much and they're so underrated, I just wished she tried new stuff like before when she added F#5s in SLS and the F5 in SOTME. She's skipping simple notes now like in the SOTME pre-chorus... it saddens me a bit. Great video btw, I'm loving your vocal analysis.
Some of her C#5 were so nice
Pretty much all of them imo
This was more like a belting analysis, you legit said nothing about her hv/falsetto and you barely mentioned her lows are supported down to G#3
I think Leigh has the same thing as Xtina
Stage fear like when they are just singing randomly
or in the studio they can hitt AAALLL the notes
but live they have fear from failing
(except XTINA just goes for it)
LeeLee's CONFIDENCE needs a boost!!!!
I think we should talk about her low voice to that is so important on little mix harmonies. But i think that what brings her confidence is when she is challenged and people when people acclaims her for something. We dont see fans talking about her vocals as much they talk about perrie's . Love this baby 💞
Matheus Marquezan she has one of the most developed low registers of the group with jade.
Leigh is queen of C#5
Oh my God, it's so beautiful
She's an inspiring person and has an angel voice that i love.
look how gorgeous and happy she is all the time
Thank you for doing this.
Leighann and Perrie have strongest voices in the group
In my opinion they have the highest voices in the group, but they don't know how to control them sometimes.
@@Marl82293 but they control them better than Jeed and Jesy lol
@@crackheadchronicless no bitch.
@@lonelyhorse5313 eww stop
@Sydni Jones the liesss, fine maybe Jesy is good when it comes to breath control too, and maybe Leigh used to have bad breath control but i'm sure, it would take forever for you to find a video of Leigh running out of breath while singing. Unlike Jade she knows how to control it, and when to stop and when to take a breather and you can tell me i'm wrong, and that im a Jade hater but just know people like you are the reason Leigh feels the way she does. You can't POSSIBLY convince me she has bad breath control and if you believe that yourself, there's no other explanation than you dislike her or have something against her.
Honestly bro I disagree with some things you said. In 2011 and 2012 Lee-Lee's voice wasn't developed vocally like the other girls so her going for the diva high weren't gonna work like the bootylicious F5 and some of the D5s in who's loving you. In 2015 that's when she began to gain more control and she became more consistant with her mid belts(A4-D5). In 2016 1Billion percent used the slightly weaker E5s in Secret Love. If you here the good ones you will LOSE UR WIGGGGG. Lets not forget how long the Get Weird tour was our girls were really tired. And if that was the beginning of the tour, maybe it came down to nerves because it was a note change. Maybe she was scared of failing the first few times. 2016 in my opinion 2016 was great for her because she served her C#5s E5s and note changes and her falsetto was so much better. (G#5 in Falsetto) It also showed she improved alot in vocal transition. Also in 2018, Let's not forget her ICONIC E5s in power at the Jingle Bell Ball in December and her C#5s in touch there as well. And one more thing. She actually hit the F#5 Belt live flawlessly in F.u in Sydney during the Glory Days tour. I saw a comment on your video Glory Days vocal range (Yeah i'm a fan) and you said that you thought it was lipped but trust me your wrong. She's never lipped the F.U note ever so other than those few things I did like this video and I think we're all hoping she goes for the notes in Monster in Me, Woman's World, American Boy, Told you So and The Cure High Notes. (I hope to God that she going to do it)
Heyy, yes i know there were better attempts of the E5s i just wanted to showcase that in most times they sounded really Thin.
About FU, that track was played in 2 shows in a row and sounded the same thats why i said It is lipped
@SunKissed Melanin hey you can check my perrie vocal analysis too
i pointed some lipped moments
Jade analysis is coming
Speedy Comet16 yeah
she has such pretty and strong voice i love her sm
I’m so happy to see that she’s finally gaining the confidence to reach her highest potential in 2020. She has been giving us great notes, maybe it’s time for another one of these
Leigh had some AWESOME vocal moments in DNA -Make You Believe and Turn your Face are AMAZING
Lerrie's harmonkes wasn't prerecorded, It was obviously live.
Your Love is her song !!!!
That's wonderful work my dear 👏. And I feel the same about that casualty of love cover. She nailed it, I was amazed to discover it.
Amazing video as always
I just wish Leigh was more confident with her belts live since her and Perrie are usually the belters in the group. She is so chesty in her mix which causes all her vocal problems now which is sad because she has such a nice tone. She has a lot of potential in terms of technique and she has shown to support in the fifth octave but she is soooo inconsistent.
I miss her SLS high note and wished she didn’t skip it. Also, the projection at 5:23 was everything!
i always love seeing videos of the salute tour because i feel like i don’t see much of it at all, like i never even knew leigh had ever hit the G5 in word up, thank you for this!
It really seems like its a matter of confidence, cuz she has undeniably gotten much more confident over the years. But there's always going to be performances where she may not be feeling it and thats where she slips up. But when she's on point, she can really deliver
Her tone is gorgeous
She just need some confidence
I saw the other videos you made about perri, jesy and jade and I was so soprise that you didnt mantion the negative things like you did with leigh anne, and also I notice that you choice clicks where leigh made mistakes, the are a lot better clicks about leigh anne vocals that you could choice when you was talking about the positive things but you choice the ones she makes mistakes. an axamples of this is lighnning where leigh always shine and you use the worst you could find. it's looks like you try to overshadow her.
vocal coah and profesional musians says leigh has a clear, beatifull and power voice. and that is something all mixers know, just look at her now in lm5 tour.
Exactly! He seems biased. The clips he chose to show are Leigh's worst ones. The points he mentioned are fair enough but there are so many better things about Leigh's voice that he could have mentioned but chose to not. And it's surprising that he didn't do the same for the other girls.
If you were showing her at her best at the beginning of the video shes come a long way....I think you were showing her difficulties though rather than showing her at her worst or deliberately making her look bad- i dont think that was your aim. I think what this does (for me anyway )is show how far she has come and how she now understands her instrument and her parameters . Whatever Leigh brings to the group - it works! You dont have to reach a high notes to be a good singer, I thing technique is key and shes gained bucket loads of that .... well done Leigh - Anne keep bringing it x
I tried to show How she performed in each year
but yeah my Focus was on high notes
She came a long way considering the a4-d5 area surely :)
She still tends to have quite a few pitch issues but I think that's just due to her being confident and truly going for her notes. Shes improved so much
Those American mixers went off for touch acoustic live we are so hype
LEIGH ♥️ ANNE 🇬🇧🇧🇷
Think she did some new d5’s at the end of power at the jingle bell concert. Surprised u didn’t mention her lower range.
I thought they were E5s
E5s 💕😍
I am so beyond excited to watch this! 🥰
She deserve more ❤️
can you do another video like this for leigh but with vocals from 2019 to 2022 because i feel like she has improved a lot
Maybe you are a little rude with her SLS high note. Little mix did a lot of concerts ans it's hard to keep on hitting high notes :) She still sounds beautifully on these notes ❤
Jesy next please!
Yessss
Yasss I can't wait to watch it😍😍😍😍
A few thoughts I had:
1. Like many people have mentioned, Leigh had the potential and the technique... she just lacked the confidence because of all the disheartening words thrown at her in the past
2. Leigh, despite having the weakest lows in OT3, is the second-best belter in the group with her grounded range being G3-D5 (consistent: A3-C5)
3. Leigh's upper register is underutilised compared to the other three (but when she does use it, it's clear and sounds pleasant to listen to. We can take her G#5 and B5 in Touch as an example of this)
4. Leigh's upper belts have improved A LOT (she now hits G5s effortlessly, but just three or four years ago, her voice tended to crack on F5s and F#5s; I guess that's also a matter of confidence).
5. Leigh has the best vocal agility in the group (her runs are the most precise, the fastest and the most complex; if she improves in the vocal creativity aspect, she'd be far better than the other three in terms of agility than she is now)
6. Leigh almost lowered her larynx when singing the Eb3s and F3s in Woman Like Me (which is why they sound really loud compared to her belts). Thankfully, she didn't do the same for Confetti (Acoustic) and showed us her real low notes, which are still very good
When was the B5?
She also has resonance around A4 right?
@@whimsical5325 I believe it was lipsynced (she hit it during LM5: The Tour) but it was still her voice with pitch correction. And Leigh was consistent up to A4 until 2018. She and Perrie had worked on their belting and were starting to become better after getting lots of rest between performances and tours. She is consistent up to at least B4.
Haven't watch this yet but I'm crying with joy this should be good (I'll comment again later)
She just needs a lot more confidence that she has.
just in my opinion that „lol” after „Leigh dont have B4s as she fails them a lot of times” wasn’t needed:)
Can you remake this video with an updated version
Yes soooo good ❤
Watching in 2020 when Leigh is even better than she was... And I'm so happy for her
I love leigh anne and her voice, but a lot of her notes seem a little of pitch or slightly under the actual note, idk if it's just because of her tone or because of actual pitch problems.
I mean her vocals these days are INSANE
F.U live is my favorite note, and Secret love song, Summertime Ball.
Leigh is amazing.
I wish we could see more of her doing the c5 notes
So it’s easier for her to hit high notes if she transitions from a lower note to higher note during a note change or run.
Leigh had some AWESOME vocal moments in DNA -Make You Believe and Turn your Face are gréât.
Where was the first clip from when she was with that boy?
100 Days
Oh my I'm late but reading comments I see Leigh Anne is getting unfair treatment and you're the last person I expected that from 🤯
How is her breath control?
Her breath control is good but not 100% her transition from belting to falsetto and vice versa is good but sometimes she has to take more then one breath or pause for a sec or two. And sometimes it sounds a bit breathy but sometimes it adds a nice touch(Sometimes it comes across like passion).
Weak in general
She usually needs to breath between her verses
but improved since the beginning
Where did you find her xfactor performance?
The audition?
@@CenturyMixer yeah
She’s got some pitch issues (possibly due to confidence). Oftentimes she’s barely flat or sharp especially when she peaks in her note changes and runs. I absolutely love hearing her belts though 🤩
Plz make a leigh 2k19 update
What is TNLT
The neon lights tour
@@CenturyMixer aff
They're hurting themselves because they want us to hear something new

Was anyone in Little Mix’s voice healthy in 2016??
Jesy and jade probably hahaha
Do the rest of the girls
Hey, u can check on my Channel the Perrie and Jesy analysis :)
For those who say that her voice is the strongest after Perrie.
CORRECTION : It is as strong as Perrie's. Now, Perrie's voice becomes tired. And Leigh killed their lives in LM5 and GD eras.
And even in GW era, she hits some high notes better than Perrie (Like in Love Me Or Leave Me)
Yees!!
When did they perform love me or leave me??
@@sierrastar5155 Never actually, this comment is crap
@@deyanncrete8030 thats what I thought.
I think he meant the studio version of LMOLM actually, and in this case, I agree, Perrie was straining a bit in that song (could be emotional, who knows) and she sang some lines in falsetto
Next Queen Jade Thirlwall please! 😍🙌
I’ve already watched this but now looking back at this, the video seemed less cheerful in comparison to the other members like Jesy’s or Perrie’s. I saw someone comment it 2 an di honestly understand him/her, it just felt more like pointing out the negatives idk but great video anyways
sorry I can't stop laughing at crack part (TT)(TT)
