Hello. My laptop suddenly won't turn on. When I plug my charger the power light will turn on for only a second. I tried removing the battery and clicking the power button but still nothing. What should I do?
Few days ago , The laptop working fine but later one day, went I unplug the laptop it just turn off and I tried to power on and it won't even turn on . I try my luck to power on the laptop still same issues 😕.. So, can please help to fix it ? 🙏 the model is Latitude E7470 laptop

why dont u install window after format c drive and delete it and generate new partition drive c then install window in c drive with latest window update , tell me sir laptop and model ? go with operational window

Having write to Anjali Mam , u need to dissemble all hardware and clean with electronic Cleaner and check it existing fan heat sink pest if dry then apply , and assemble it , 95% problem will be solved how ever not solved , then may be issue mother board , because of its not software problem

My laptop didn't work without the pulg in Cabel I have to use with charger cable to use laptop
so it means its a problem of battery

I have this same problem, same laptop. Iv replaced the thermal paste. The power button light comes on for a few seconds and goes back off.

check it out charger voltage >14 volt dc by multimittere , if its fine then may be problem in laptop

that's why i had to bring it to service center, because the battery is unremovable. but after 3 days of working, it is not giving signs of life again
