1887 built Wigan Coal & Iron 0-6-0ST 'Lindsay' observed in action at Steamtown (Carnforth) during a visit in 1993.

Lindsay is such a beautiful old steam locomotive.
Once she's restored back into working order in future by her private owner, let's hope we see her visiting heritage railways across the UK.
I'm aware she was brought from Carnforth a year ago and is now being restored at a private location.

Lindsay was bought by a private owner in October 2019 and was moved to a private site for restoration.
