RUclips welcome back with another video and today’s video i’m showing you how I check in my car for the next book trip. The process of it isn’t too complicated but if you are new to host or you want to see how I check in my car definitely stay tuned for today’s video. And if you like the video, please like comment and subscribe.
Awesome video, thank you for great details for care of your vehicle
Thanks i appreciate that
good information bro
I appreciate that always like to help others and learn from others. If you have any questions, just let me know.
One suggestion on your car take the battery cover off and take picture of the battery as well in case someone swaps your battery out
Definitely smart i never thought of that tbh 💪🏽
New host here: can I just take pictures of my vehicle, go and park it at my pu spot, and then go about my day even though I don’t have a guest yet? Meaning, I want to park the car and have it ready to go. Or, do I need to have a guest lined up first before taking photos?
Yeah, you could definitely have the car parked and waiting on the guest at the airport but also be in mind the airport does charge a daily fee so I like to drop it off the night before that way that fee doesn’t exceeded the amount of $17. But if you’re willing to reimburse the guest for any extra fee, the airport does charge then it could work out, but it also cuts into your profit.
dam i lost track at 180 pictures bro, do you open a file in the iPhone for this pictures you just took
I keep all my pictures I recently take in a folder that way it’s easier to upload them. I have them categorize airport inside photos/airport outside photos of the car. And then whenever it’s not at the airport, I have it for the Home location.
Hi! New subscriber! Do you usually delete the photos after they return the car in the same condition or do you recommend holding on to them for a certain amt of time after ?
I appreciate you subscribing that’s exactly why I make these videos to help others and to learn. It depends on if the guest damaged the vehicle or not. Usually, I just delete the photos and take them once I get a new trip. I always try to take at least 250 photos inside and 250 photos outside each time to ensure the coverage.
But you could also hold onto the photos if nothing changes in your vehicle just always take pictures of the miles before it goes out on the trip and the gas receipt but say you have a trip back to back and you noticed that there’s no new damage you can use the same photos, but don’t tell Turo I said that
@@WLCR_843 😂heard! I have my first trip this WED… dotting my i’s and crossing my t’s if you will thanks!!
I completely understand definitely don’t be too worried and if you have a tracker and take great pictures you will be okay. You can always dm on ig if you have questions i will be glad to help
Do you just rent out one vehicle or do you have multiple?
Right now I just rent out one but definitely planning on getting another stay tuned to see which one I will get in the near future
