I think other factors play into it, but many people are bullied and don’t harm others (kind of seems redundant) and there are many people who have done it with seemingly no real reason. It’s sad and while I’m not a “ban all guns” type of person, why are guns easier to buy than things people actually need? It’s facetious how this issue could be helped with stricter actions.

You can get anything you want illegally yet why do people want to ban or make the legal process harder instead of cracking down on the criminals? What are things that you cam get easier than guns? Guns cost money, in the range of 400-1200 for a descent gun. I know of a bunch of things that are easier to obtain. How will the issue be solved or helped with stricter actions? This is honestly just sad, but the dude is right. Sick people romanticize murderers and make them famous. Mass murderers and serial killers all have documentaries, movies, and shows and it's like why?? This is why parents need to watch what their kids interact with because they can get influenced by some crazy stuff and make them do things like this. There is a great difference between this and the Crumbly case. That difference is that the Ye family tried to get their kid help and did NOT present him with a gun as a gift. Their sentences, in my opinion, were too short.
And after hearing that jail phone call from the Crumbly dad who went on an unhinged rant saying he was a martyr and was threatening the prosecutor. I honestly feel like they should have gotten more time than their son. How was he to know any better with a parents like that? He literally begged them to get him help. And instead they got him a gun.

the usa school system produces more than others, though relatively, produces very little school shooters compared to the population. It's a very rare thing statistically, yet also statistically much more common comparatively in the US if that makes sense.
Definition of teacher by the semester vs. a teacher involved in the students life like a parent.
Some students come from broken homes, who need real guidance from teachers, but some of these teachers may look at these kids like a 180 day problem or 360 day problem until the next students.

I actually went to the same high school as Alex Ye and am just a year older than him. Though I haven't interacted much with him when we attended high school together, I noticed he was oddly aggressive.
