Buying BROKEN Budget Gaming PCs On Facebook Marketplace

Buying a PC second hand comes with its risks, there is the unknown of whether the PC fully functions correctly. In this case we purchased some budget gaming PCs and fixed up some subscribers broken dirty PCs and some of the water cooled PCs had shattered reservoirs with liquid everywhere, it seemed so fishy, i think we were scammed, however we will do our best to fix up these PCs and deep clean them as best we can.

So the second PC did you use all the original parts cause I'm thinking why was the pump original installed on the outside? I'm guessing the original owner didn't understand how to set it up properly?
