It's crystal sugar not large size sugar . It was invented in india in 512 ADe bcs it's has scriptures on how to make sugar from sugarcane or mollasus.
It called sugar candy in japan , in India it's misti , kalkandu, cheeni, etc. it's discovered from sugarcane in 512ADe in India.
