I think it implies you were already in the process of moving before that time let say your truck comes at 10 pm the night before but still finishing to move at 1 am max before they will close the door on you. It also used to account for time change twice a year

@@reginapatrick8515People have an enormous sense of entitlement when it comes to vehicles. Probably in MI where the insurance is 2 to 3 times the car notes. You think things are ok with a $250 dollar a month car note until that $700 reality of the insurance bill hits you especially if you live in or around Detroit. It certainly puts your $35,000 to $50,000 (if you are lucky) annual income into perspective.

I'm with you, I bought my sister's truck, she said do you have insurance, I called the insurance company and transferred the policy, liability/uninsured motorist from a Plymouth van to the Silverado, she smiled and I drove it home.

Not sure how this can be right if you purchased the car outright without a loan. However, I will admit I always had insurance.

In my state, if at any time during the auto loan they’re notified you don’t have insurance they repo it …to them it’s the same as not making payments
It’s a hard lesson (and apparently expensive) to learn when you decide not to get insurance thinking nothing would happen to your car.
I could never. What if there's an accident and someone is hurt? I would want my insurance to pay for that. Someone hit me and I was injured. They didn't have enough insurance so my insurance paid all my medical bills.
My guess is her car was repossessed. She was behind in her payments as well as not having insurance. Bottom line is she couldn't afford a $14,000 car.
If you are poor be honest with yourself and use a bike or public transportation. Her childish behavior is not going to cut it with JJ. The simple truth is if you cannot afford insurance then you cannot afford the car and this is why you have insurance and you don't get a car EVER without it. You are not divinely or devoutly entitled to things working out.

I'm sure she had insurance but let it lapse because she probably couldn't afford which means she couldn't afford the car. I stopped driving when I moved into my house and got hit with the $700 a month car insurance bill and $400. I was making $55,000 grand before taxes and said nope. I bike and take public transportation.

@Colleen-pu8jb , When you go to the dealership they will ask for the name of the insurance company you will put your car under unless she did have car insurance when she got the loan and within days or months she didn't bother to pay for her insurance and at the time her car was taken they dealership or bank found out she was delinquent for insurance & car payments so they took her car

i remember the 2nd case: this women was effectively homeless and moved into a women's shelter with a bunch of junk. The previous owners told her to put it in a garage/shed they had. she moved out and the place was vacant for over 7 months with her junk still on the property. Then the defendant signs a lease and tells err'body to get their crap out of his property... and then she sues him for 5k
It blunts the entertainment to know that these people are made whole by the show's producers. If someone sues for up to $5000 and loses, the producers pay them anyway.

Everybody being such Karens about your "right to decide on insurance" should actually revisit their opinion Insurance is there to protect people against the full impact of an accident If you pay insurance for years without accident you should consider yourself blessed not to have had to go through all the drama of an accident and whatever could transpire as a result. First if all NOT having insurance is an inconvenience to everyone who has been involved in an accident Second of all an insurance can reduce to cost to YOU as a result of an accident can greatly be reduced. Either way it is to YOUR benefit

I've seen better Karens on JJ, these just seem a bit delusional.
So who exactly was at fault with the photo's? Usually photographers take a few hundred photos and send out an agreed upon number out to the client. Depending on what was agreed upon clients may get a certain amount completely done and edited and then also get a few hundred of the rest of the photos unedited but with watermarks to pick out the ones they want to (adittionally) keep and have edited.
So for the woman on JJ saying she got a hundred -something photo's doesnt seem weird to me. Also the photographer carrying them on usb isnt weird if there were possibly more photos, you dont print out 500something pictures, right? You'd assume the judge has some sort of computer to input a usb..😅
