I have just spent hours on one bag which went all wrong. I could not get the gusset right on one corner and spent forever unpicking and resewing until I gave up and unpicked the sides and base.The knock on effect was that the whole piece had shrunk and rather than start again with the gusset i added sides and sewed box corners. It turned out OK but if I charged for my time the bag would have cost £300! I wonder if you would like to do a short video on your worst experiences, so we can all relate?
