If you don't see the chicago screw under the strap connector, could you put the screw side on the outside and the rivet to the inside of the bag? Love your video and am buying this pattern.
The end punches come from leather stores like Tandy, Springfield, and Rocky Mountain Leather. Make sure you get quality punches, it will make a difference.

Check if your printer needs to be updated. That happened too me and after I did the update it printed fine
