This video takes a deep dive into MOSCOW prioritisation, how it affects Agile Projects, how it differs from other project management disciplines and how Agile Project Management utilises MOSCOW to organise and deliver project tasks effectively throughout a managed project. MOSCOW prioritisation is really easy to pick up, but can be tricky to master. Hopefully, the tips in this video will help you to master MOSCOW effectively in your Agile Project Management tasks.

    Andrew what a brilliant channel. You sound and lighting are great, you are very articulate and clear and made this very easy to understand with your house analogy. Your motion art is brilliant. Very clear diagrams. I wish you every success for the future from a new subscriber.

    if the feature is good for app Or website but it might be not attract users to use it. So which type of feature it is according to Moscow

    • @p3mastery
      @p3mastery  Год назад

      Good question. Ultimately it falls on the business or product owner to determine MSCW Priority. But they should be aware of the 'rules' of Moscow, or you will inevitably end up with too many must haves

      I think before we add any feature to the product, we can verify from end-users usage perspective , empathise with the end users requirements by applying design thinking principles to avoid the risk of the features not used by end users

    • @p3mastery
      @p3mastery  Год назад

      @@narenrababum This is a best case scenario, however many businesses do not invest in User Research prior to making decisions on features, unfortunately. But I agree, that is the ideal approach.
