@@TiberiusWorld Just be yourself buddy, I applied for the Met, as an apprenticeship. And no, I just had a competency based interview, a written exercise and a 12 questions about an article. Was pretty easy to be honest.
This stuff sounds more like a promotion board rather than Recruits board. If the recruit knew all this before he joined the police he would not have to go to training. PS Most existing constables on the beat now would not know this stuff.
