I'm doing my assessment this week so I'm glad to have found this update after just completing your online course. It would be great to see a written example of how to answer the stage 3 questions; that would give me further confidence on structuring a response. You have Wrong Information there is Face to Face Interview on Day 2 Assessment and many people Fail in that. Interview conducted by a Sergeant and Staff all about Met. values. Please update yourself.
