I love any fragrance video with Tom Ford. His private blends are my favorite line overall. Oud wood was the first fragrance that opened my mind that fragrance could be more than basic designer fragrances, especially to the concept of unisex fragrances. I’m a woman and I love it. My students adore it on me. This is the perfect video. So glad it was enjoyable to make. Hang in there! 💜

Noir Extreme is my personal favourite at the moment, though that is likely to change. Expensive fragrance doesn't always mean the best fragrance.
I finally had an hour to sit and catch up on my Robin's and I wanted to say this is one of your best videos. You mentioned several times it was going to be longer and maybe no one would watch it...it was too short, wish you owned all 100 Tom Ford's, I'd binge watch! Well done!

I love Ombré leather, there’s something about it that always gets me. Similar to Encre Noire
Though, it gets itchy whenever I spray it on my chest but i still use it
@@alhajee if it gets itchy on your skin, use molecule 01 first and after 5 minuts spray ombre leather on top. So: 1-2 sprays molecule 01, 1 spray ombre leather 5 mins later. It doesn't really change the scent, it works with sensetive skin and makes ombre leather last longer.

The personification of the fragrances really topped the cake on this one. I loved imagining them while listening to Robin describe them.
On the contrary, I love these chatty videos where we get to see more of the real you. As far as TF fragrances are concerned, out of that orgy of fougères TF released in the Winter of 2018-2019, Fougere d'Argent is my hands-down favorite. It's the embodiment of smooth and elegant.

Hi, I used Tom Ford Mandarino Di Amalfi Acqua since I lived in a tropical country. I enjoyed the scent so much, it’s really citrusy but inoffensive. Got compliments wearing it too 😇

Such a good video! I have the Ombré Leather and Mandarino Di Amalfi and to see that you enjoy the likes of Oud Wood, Tobacco Vanille and Beau de Jour - it makes me want to try them even more.
Just gonna echo everyone else in saying I am so glad this video finally exists. Great breakdowns of the fragrances. Tom Ford was my intro to more “niche” style fragrances and now I can’t stop. Also I love Negronis and I’m glad someone else agrees! Cheers!

This video highlighting Tom Ford is exactly what I was looking for, straight to the point, not playing to the camera. You have the ability to make someone listen when describing each individual product, which can be difficult when you have 16 to go through.

Only two fragrances can give me an instant headache. Black Orchid and Oud satin mood by Mfk. I think you would like Grey Vetiver EDP much more than the EDT. Out of all the fragrances you mentioned, i find Oud Mineral the hardest to wear. Also White Suede is one of the most underrated T. Ford fragrances. Nice video Robin.

My favorites perfumes are Tom Ford as well as my favorite lipsticks are Tom Ford. I am so sad that he has discontinued White Patchouli. I am currently buying a bottle here and there as I find them. Received a bottle of Ombre Leather for Christmas, it is my go-to scent whenever I wear my black moto jacket and a thick leather handbag.

Hi Robin, I always enjoy your channel. I must say that I agree with you about Black Orchid. It makes me gag. Far too sweet and dark. It’s funny, when you described the Black Orchid woman, you described nearly exactly my Aunt Marjorie when she was young back in the ‘50s and she is EXACTLY who I thought of when I tried on some of the fragrance! She was quite the character. ❤️

Oud Fleur !!!! Got it . It smells amazing and sensual. It's an oud and 🌹 rose blended to absolute perfection . It doesn’t get the Correct amount of love

And the last one is beau de J 2020. I use the Neroli Portofino conditioning beard oil too. Why don’t you think about a test of TF beard and other skin care products ?

Great content Robin. I'm sure you've sampled it, but I think you may find you'd enjoy the Grey Vetiver EDP more than the EDT that you have. The EDP has so much more added depth and is much more rich and full. To me, the EDT is too citrusy, too bright and too "sparkly" (if that's a thing). Vetiver is supposed to be a deeper, darker more earthy scent (a la Lalique Encre Noir), and you just don't get that feeling with GV EDT. As far as Grey Vetiver goes, the EDP is where it's at. Cheers.
Great video as always. I found the lost cherry 🍒 lovely in the first 1/2 hour then the cherry seemed to fade into a dense nothingness. I’m hoping my sample wasn’t indicative of it as I really wanted to love it.

I've been waiting for it for so long, thank you. Tom Ford and his world that he is creating is something else. Put a blazer on, choose your warm cashmere turtleneck in the evening and spray a little bit of Tom's Oud Wood for example. Is there anything better than that ?

The mint in beau de jour is a bit dominant, i prefer to use it sparsely together with a sweet subdued fragrance.
Love it always trying to present my husband with it.

Actually Oud in history was found in Southeast Asia, Vietnam and Cambodia I believe. Oud in those countries are very prevelant that you’ll smell it EVERYWHERE you go. They use Oud in their incense, house of prayers, ward off demons, funeral chimes, etc... great Tom Ford collection though!
