You keep asking for an Android-friendly digital drawing alternative to Procreate so here it is! Infinite Painter is such an easy to use app, just follow my instructions and you'll learn how to do a beautiful digital drawing in less than 10 min.
The best thing about it, it works on both iPad and Android devices and it's quite easy to use.

Try Paintology app too, you can make realistic drawings straight on your phones using the shade brush tool!

my whole life ive been drawing on like physical paper and never tried digital art so now i decided i wanna give it a go but the whole layer thing confuses me sm
CONFUSED ME ASWELL for a while. But once you try do simple things with it you start learning how clever it is. Try with simple squares and circles in and out. 1🙂

Think of an acrylic painting. You have your light sketch (layer 1) then block in color (layer 2) then shading (layer 3) line work, details and so forth. You'll get the hang of it in no time.

Hi Bianca! Unfortunately you can't do anything vector related on Infinite Painter, it's a 100% pixel app. The best vector app for iPad in my opinion is Affinity Designer, but it's not as beginner friendly as these pixel app. I'm still learning to use it 😊

I customized the shading brush like this: Size 22px, Size range 1,27 , Profiles on Flow (if I'm not mentioning other characteristic it means they are at 0), the Source is from their library, it looks like a round dotted charcoal.
Head - Flow 18, Spacing 0,07%, Softness 30
Texture - I chosed something grainy from their library, Depth 69, Scale 0,55

Fantastic art. I recently got this app, but I'm struggling to find the pen stabilizer/jitter reduction setting. Please help. Thank you.
You have to click on the brush settings (on every single brush) and customize them there. I know it's mostly a trial and error situation. They do have a Jitter sections under the Texture of the brush.
Sorry I can't help more. My experience with iPad drawing is mostly on the Procreate app but I'm starting to work more on Infinite Painter too 🙂

What you have to keep in mind when using layers is that further layers should be under the layers containing the front parts.
I mean when you want to add something in front of an object you create a layer above that object. And when you want it to be in the back, the layer should be under the object. I hope I'm making sense here and you can understand 🙂

How do you do palm rejection on infinite painter? It seems that even with the drawing glove, it still picks up on my touch
I swear to God I didn't have this problem. Maybe you can take a look on your iPad settings. I think I don't really rest my hand on the screen while drawing, that's cos I used to draw with real charcoal and that trained my hand 😊

I'm sorry I don't know much about android apps. I'm using an Apple pencil, but this one only works with iPads. But I'm sure any stylus would do the job, right? :)
how do I draw with my hand against the screen? I have the Apple pencil and I wanted to draw with it touching the iPad, but the application doesn't know how to block the touch by hand !! how do you draw with your hand?

Maybe send a message to the app support team. It might be something wrong with your app cos this never happened to me.
How did you do it that you draw beside the layer but the stroke is only on the layer and not on background?
It's called locking the layer! When you do that you can only draw on its existent strokes 😊
