If you guys sold the factory rubber gasket trim with the holes already pre-drilled on them for a factory looking finish I bet that alot of people would be willing to buy that as an accessory along with the roof rack.
Mine came today! It's assembled and looks great, but it down poured all night and now I need to wait for some better weather to install it, so far it's awesome! Everything went together smoothly and there's some extra hardware in the kit. I prefer the mounting method used on this rack compared to Prinsu, it seems much more solid long term. Great product!
Between victory’s activity on TW and install videos and just a solid guy you would be crazy to go with any other product! Victory is my only choice! Thanks Monkeyevil lol!
Black stainless hardware is crazy expensive, but we welcome our customers to purchase it if they would like it. All sizes are available at McMasterCarr.com Cross bars are ~1x2"
I really like the steel brackets for the mounting of the roof rack. I think it is a lot better than the Prinsu design for me personally. Im super close to purchasing this roof rack....My question is.., Is it possible to keep your rain gutter seals in one piece instead of cutting it into sections ? Maybe cut notches and drill holes for the bolts? Destroying the gutter seals is the only reason i dont have a roof rack already. But this is the best rack im certain.
@@Victory4x4 any example videos that you know of on the best way to notch the strip around mount? Just received my rack from you all and that’s the part I’m trying to figure out so I don’t ever have to worry about leaks. Btw, which RTV product/brand do you all use?
Looks sweet! Definitely in the market for a roof rack and would love to see some real world use reviews as well as specs on weigh capacity and how it works with the sunroof with wind noise and such....if ya need a tester to review I’ll drive to you for an install...🤷🏻♂️😊
I looked at this today on their website but being a detail guy I am having troubled thoughts on how i would keep my roof waxed with one of these obstructing my movements.
I got tons of extra screws and nuts and washers and even some rubber plug looking things. Does anyone know what its for? He doesnt even mention it in this video
So I installed this on my 2021 Tacoma and experiencing the noise issue; trembling noise from the flaring at a speed between 45-55 mph. My bolts are tightened well. Any suggestions to resolve this problem? Thanks!
Be sure that the front fairing is pushed tight against the roof and then tightened. If you are unable to move it down far enough, you may need to loosen the side mount bolts and lower the rack on the mounts slightly.
Just bought my roof rack and cab roof rack today. Can't wait for it to arrive!

how is the road noise on it?
Really happy to see you guys pumping out so many products! Great job!
I too want to see a review after use. Looks promising.
Definitely interested in one. Great work!
Hey just an idea, now that you have install videos for Tacoma, Tundra and 4 Runner, you should create a playlist for each one.
Great idea, will do that now.
Do you have a video how to stall rubber strips after rack stallion

Looks nice, what kind of weight will it handle? Thinking about a 150 lb. Kayak.
Beautiful truck!
Any chance of including black hardware for this? What are the dimensions of the cross bars?

You can't have any trim between the mounts and the roof, but you can notch the trim around the brackets if you like.

Does it work with shark fin?
Yep
Getting mine this wed. Just one thing is puzzling me! Do the light bar brackets come with my 40 inch cut out order!???
Yes, they do!

Sick roof rack ! Where or what site can i order this from ??
www.victory4x4.com/product/VT23RK.html
Does it come with those light bar brackets ?
What type of light bar did you use on the video?
Do you guys have the black mounting hardware as an option?
We do offer a pack of black button heads: www.victory4x4.com/product/046-0061.html
Could you fasten the brackets to the truck first then the rack to the brackets?
Sure, but you may not want to tighten them down all the way to the roof. You will need some wiggle room to get everything lined up.

The hardware kits are used for multiple racks. Any additional hardware is not needed on this install.
@@Victory4x4 okay cool thanks for the reply, i thought i was doing something wrong
What size of metric bolts was used
Do you have a rack system for Tundras?
We do now, if you haven’t seen it.

We’ll get an access cab rack together in the next month.
Working on access cab right now. Should be available late next week.
@@LeanbyDoing I appreciate the follow up Brian.
