Hii, I need help😭. So the ea app won't accept my credit card. It was fine a few months ago when I bought Cottage Living but ever since then I can't buy any packs from the Sims 4. I tried to remove my credit card and to add it again but the same problem remains. If anyone knows how to help me it would be very appreciated. Thank you!
Hello. I'm not sure if I can help you, but have you tried changing your payment method? Also make sure your card's billing details match the ea app details as well. 🙂
